Nice facility. Some of the staff are great, but this one older lady is always rude and bitter. She acts like youre interrupting her phone call or her meal when you go to the counter. No people skills hopefully they replace her.

Always clean, staff are pleasant, and plenty availability of the machines when I go! Been going everyday since the second day it opened. Really glad Ive had this opportunity to transform my life into a healthier one.

We havent gone to workout yet. But when we went to sing up the lady in the register Dina was very nice and she walk us around the gym. She show us and explained a lot to us. Thank u Dina

Nicest planet fitness Ive been in. Staff friendly , hopefully it remains this way. Recently opened so we shall see. But as of now clean, friendly, organized gym. 5 stars easy. For now lol

There is an employee at the Parker Street location named Anna, who has a very nasty attitude. Rude and ignorant. Other than that, the place is well kept and the other employees are nice.

Clean friendly good machines. There are 1 or 2 machines in the other p.f that arent in the parker street location. But its clean and locker rooms dont stink so that makes up for it

When I went there, i was a guest because my siblings have a black card. The place was real clean; newly built. And It was pretty empty since it was 1am.
