Everyone is nice there but the hair cut and color was the absolute WORST I have energy had!! Julia butchered my hair.. My hair has never looked so bad.. I have a huge line around my whole head.. Cuz she obviously couldnt color in my roots properly.. And the hair cut is even worse.. I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone.. I can only wear my hair in ONE way to kinda hide the disaster thats on top of my head.. Needless to say I have never shed so LNG tears over my hair. Thanks Julia!

To you say feel welcomed is an understatment, they are beyond friendly! I dont just feel taken care of when I step inside Hair and Now I feel wanted and enjoyed. They have created a fantastic atmosphere where you can let your guard down from every day life. Thats just the custom service side of things, I also very much like the cut I get here. Jen is flexible with my sometimes needy personality when it comes to my own hygiene and personality. Five stars :)

I shown different style ,but she cut her own. she took too much time in blow dry. when I was not satisfied I said her to cut on left side too ,she said " I am sorry , I am getting late for my other client ." I went for keratin treatment, the stylist treated my hair very badly. I had to tell her that she was leaving hair on the front while she was applying keratin lotion but she ignored. They will iron straight your hair at the end which will make you feel that treatment is good but later next day you will see no change in your hair.

I just had my hair cut and a Keratase treament applied to my ever-so-curly hair. My stylist was the owner, Haley, and she did an absolutely amazing job. I couldnt be more happy with her friendly disposition and hair styling/cutting expertise. I am a customer for life....or until I move from Sudbury! Thank you, Haley! Muwh!

I was so pleased with the staff and their gestures but not with the work done. I got the keratin treatment done and with the very first wash my hair is back to normal... it done nothing to my hair... its just a waste of money...
