Where do I start? They didnt get a permit for the job, lied to me that the job didnt need a permit, didnt send a licensed supervisor to the site, didnt bring necessary tools (drill, sawsall, pry bar, shop vac, and measuring tape), needed assistance from my property manager in laying out 2x2 squares to cut the new footing (initially laid out a 1x4 rectangle), didnt come with proper ventilation and made the CO2 sensors go off in the house (which meant I had to air out my house in the freezing weather), sexually harassed my female property manager and oh yes, the icing on the cake: one of the workers took a piss in my basement. My property manager happened to be heading downstairs to check the progress and caught him. We also learned from our neighbors later that one of them had already relieved himself in full view of the street earlier in the week. And although they pulled those guys from the job, I learned that they are still employed by Liberty. I cannot stress how horrible the work was. Im submitting complaints to the state.

Took our money a total of twenty thousand dollars to rebuild our home that was a total loss due to fire. After delaying us for months and performing very little they come to us requesting a new contract and half up front. That is illegal. Demanding that much up front is illegal. We terminated thier services and have received no money returned. Avoid this company. All above is true and honest.

Liberty Construction always had someone right there to help answer all of my questions and refute my concerns. The communication was excellent throughout the project. There was never a dispute about the time frame because they started and completed the project on time. What more could I ask for.
