This planet Fitness is the worse of all business I saw in my life, they make you very difficult to cancel membership even for a extreme circumstance. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY EVEN IT IS A KID MOENY. BECARREFUL, YOU ARE DEALLING WITH AN EVIL, A MONSTER. my nephew has signed in November 2014, after that, 2 weeks later, he has to go to school in Newton( 50 miles from Planet Fitness of Worcester in MA. I called to cancel the membership, because the kid has a very tough journey, he has to wake up at 5:30 am and only get back home at 8pm, that is the reason the kid want to cancel his membership, but Planet fitness said it will cost 58 dollars to cancel even only 2 weeks after becoming their membership!!! I think that it is not fair. We paid more than 51 dollars for the first time to join the membership! Monthly, planet fitness charge me $10 and in February, 2015, they charged me $29 more for yearly membership. Knowing, the kid cant commit to go.! Total cost to loose with Planet Fitness = 51(first time membership) + 58 (cancel fee) + 29 ( Yearly membership fee) + 10 (Monthly fee) even they charge me $10 for February = $158. Total lost!!!! How Planet Fitness MAKES MONEY FROM THE KID! KNOWING THE KID CANT GO . Please spread out my story to everyone who wants to join Planet Fitness. Through my story Planet Fitness should change the name to Planet of EVILs if you can call them to let them know how bad their practice! THEY WANT MONEY FROM KIDS BUT KNOWING KIDS CANT USE THEIR EQUIPMENTS = EVIL BUSINESS = HUNIMALMAN (HEAD AND TAIL ARE HUMAN BUT BEHAVOR IS ANIMAL) . PLANET FITNESS SHOULD GET THE WORSE CUSTOMER OF CENTURY

One of the best planet fitnesss Ive been to and Ive been to many different ones across the country. They have a pretty good selection of equipment and its well spread out. People can easily navigate around each other w/o problem. They have 4 Smith Machines with staight tracks. Many PFs have the angled track, which is horrible for form, so this was a pleasant find. Its not perfect but for the money you arent going to find much better. Everyone on here complaining really need to grow up and take responsibility for their own actions. Bunch of crybabies. Impolite staff? Thats garbage. You shouldnt even be taking to the staff, you should be working out. Cant cancel. Thats also garbage. Im a black card member and Ive made this specific gym my home gym more than once without any issues. Read the contract. It clearly states how they operate. Theres no tricks/fine print.

We got a membership over a year ago. Do to family circumstances, we maybe used it one time, they of course took the money out every month, then renewed it automatically for the next Year without talking to us, even though they obviously can see we never went. Then when the credit card no longer worked because we got a new one. They called said we had to pay the money they had not been able to get from our card , my husband told them we were cancelling our membership, they said they could not do it we had to send a letter, and if we didnt pay the money they would put it on our credit report. Seriously, crazy selfish. You can renew without it being in writing, but cant cancel. In one year we went one time. NEVER do business with selfish business.

I like this location. I would also like to see it become a 24/7 branch and am not sure if it is the owners personal belief that weekends should be for rest, the cost associated with making it 24/7 on the weekend or restrictions in this plaza. Should it be feasible and would bring in more business I think this would be a smart move. Also there is a young gentleman who has been here for some years now. HE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. This kind of customer service is hard to find. I wish more of the other employees would look to him as a role model on how they should base their behavior.

Last employees were better gave information better and more polite . Im just saying if you dont want to work in a gym why even bother if someone ask for information its just useless with this guy at the front desk not helpful. I had this membership for a year now , and all employees were polite and helpful in any other planet fitness gym this was the worse experience here. Im switching my membership to a better gym . NEVER AGAIN !

Terrible. Fine print. Steals money from you in June. Was only supposed to be 40. But ended up being 80. They deduct the monthly fee on the 17th. Fine. In June they steal it on the 1st. Then take it out again the following week. Deceptive business practices at this gym. For no frills. I couldve joined the gym in Southbridge for this price, and at least it had a pool, sauna, & jacuzzi.

Ive been a member for about a month now and the first day I used the gym I was greeted with a smile and two girls who were super supportive! Ive never used a large gym before, but it holds up! There are some times when its crowded, and sometimes people dont clean the machines after they use it, but overall its a good gym to use!

I have been working out here for 1.5 years and lost 25 % of my weight.achieved this due to an enabling environment.the staff are friendly and always ready to help.Dan has particularly been very helpful..the only minor issue is the weekends hours of operation.otherwise I am a happy customer.

A great planet fitness, adequate equipment, good staff, could be cleaner. Very diverse group of members, makes for a motivational environment. Standing and bed style tanning beds. Downfall is this planet fitness closes early on the weekends. Fri-Sun. Be sure to check hours. Should be 24/7!

New equipments, friendly staff, huge space and lots of classes being offered. I have a black card with the West Boylston PF because its closer to me . However, I travel all the way to the Worcester PF because the staff are much more welcoming and the equipments are nicer.

This is not a gym. This place does not have a free weight bench press or squat area. The free weight area is tiny, and most of the free weight benches are garbage and should be thrown out because they are loose and not safe to use. I would not recommend this cardio center.

Good gym at a solid location. Havent had any bad interactions with any of the associates here, or the manager. All employees have been nothing but nice and helpful. Good gym with good equipment. Only downer for me is that this location closes earlier on Weekends.

Crafty kid 500!

I am a guest and the front desk doesnt say anything. I would like for them to say "phone number ?" so when I say my number I dont look like any idiot cause then they would hold up the wait finger when I do say my number . Please fix this ASAP !

Me and my family love this place it has great equipment great staff and a amazing experience. I highly recommend this place for is price and quality. Also when they say no judgment center they mean it truly and fully.
