Happy with the service we got with my sons grad party. We did a package deal so everything was delivered and the canopy was set up. We rented an ice cream machine and popcorn machine as well. The soft serve machine was a HUGE hit, I highly recommend it. Only reason they didnt get 5 stars: the ice cream machine must be used indoors, but the guys delivering put it all in our garage. It is soooo heavy, probably 150 pounds at least? My husband and I had a really hard time just getting it the 10 feet into the house, up 2 steps. Then the burly guys who picked up seemed miffed that it was still in the house even tho we had got it (on its cart) all the way to the front door for them. No way were we going to try to get it back out to the garage! 2 big strong men had trouble carrying this thing...I think if they require it gets used IN the house then they should deliver it IN the house.

I rented the "National Concrete Grinder" the grinding wheel broke within 2 hours. The grinding wheel was an additional $100 to the rental of the grinding machine of $100. I took the wheel in and they couldnt fix it. They delivered a different less expensive machine with the grinding wheel included. This machine rents for $119. I worked with it for about 3 hours, shut it down to grab some food and when I came back it would not power on. I am on a very tight schedule and now I have to finish this with a angle grinder on my hands and knees. If I dont get at least a portion of my money back I will never rent from them again.

Ive rented equipment from Goggin a few times, and the staff treated me right each time. They even delivered equipment on a trailer to my home in Battle Creek! The items I rented were in good condition, worked well and got the job done! When I had questions about pricing and how to use the equipment, I simply called and the staff helped me over the phone. Id recommend this place for tool/equipment rental.

Normal renter from Goggin. Have always had a great experience. A few times that machines break down, but they are rentals. Expected. They have always been right out to assist. Highly recommended, and always updating their rental equipment which is a huge bonus.

I have called ten times it just gives me a busy signal sounds like they need a phone system. 11-19-13 even the fax number says not accepting calls mailbox full. no e-mail address on website to send a message. Sad
