Before driving all the way out to Livonia i always call before to see if any positions are available. Yesterday in the afternoon i called and talked to Tim in which he told me that there was a job for this morning July 27th, over the phone I mentioned that i would be there to pick up the information which was July 26th and i was informed that i would have to come in the morning. After arriving at Forge i was told that there was no job where Tim had told me and its best that i wait around for something else. Bring that i was told the times I planned around it and was unable to stay but if i wouldve it wouldnt have been better. On many occasions they will have you sitting in the office for 3+ hours with no updates. Service, communication, and overall business need improvement.

This is the most ridiculous staffing agency Ive heard of thus far! After a friend had been advised to come to this location-- NO LATER THAN 6 a.m.-- they sat for 2 HOURS just to find out that the assigned job was cancelled! This screams lack of consideration for a persons time, not to mention gas!! There is obviously a lack of communication somewhere. Its understandable that a job assignment may get cancelled but not to inform someone waiting on that assignment that it has been cancelled is NOT UNDERSTANDABLE! Although it may not be the front office fault that it was cancelled, there just seems to have been a lackadaisical approach to the situation. That is totally unacceptable.

First day at orientation; i have to be honest this place is unorganized. Unprofessional and no consideration for time. I set in the lobby for 30 mins after my scheduled orientation time. Just to go back to a room and continue to wait another 20mins. In between videos there was also 20min time delays ...wondering if i should leave now. (work ethic kicks in and tell me its rude to leave but its also rude to keep a person waiting).

This is the most unorganized staffing company Ive ever experience I suggest people to go straight to Michigan Works. Forge will call u for a job and not know what u talking bout when u get there. Dont waste your gas. Forge will have you sit there 6-12 hours and u still wont get a job. Just to get up and do it again the next day. Totally ridiculous. And very lazy and unorganized assistants.

The worse staffing agency Ive ever worked for. The entire time I worked there I dealt with rude, unprofessional staff, extremely low pay and back breaking work. I would give this company a negative 3 if I could and thats being nice. Do yourself a favor and find another more professional agency. Theres plenty out there. Just being honest!

Im highly upset with their work ethics. Theyre also unreliable to give you youre check which you spent hard earned time and long hours to get. Im done recommending people here for real. Especially if you dont like anyone messing with your money, I dont recommend anyone to them. Youre welcome if you dont go there upon taking in this info.

This place is giving people the run around! Has people who are doing their best just to work a few days then call and say that the company that has had someone working in a factory for 1-4 days in extreme heat and even hotter in the factory that the person isnt doing the job well enough. Discrimination! !!!!

My experience with them has been a good one,the only time I had to wait was the first day I got assignment to a job. The money per hr I was looking for wasnt what I was looking for so after a month I told them and I got one paying more an hr.

They can be quick with placing you at good places, and sometimes the places are just okay. Some staff members can be rude, and most will work with you throughout any problem. A lot of the temp jobs are through Forge and some WILL hire.

When you come in and approach the front desk they all pretend to be so busy that they cant acknowledge you, let alone come up to the desk. The only good one is Tim.
