My grandkids both got their haircut on Wednesday July 20 1 2016. Susie the stylist doesnt know how to cut hair at All!! My grandsons hair wasnt cut right and my granddaughters hair is So uneven!!! My daughter told her she wanted her to fix their hair, Susie told her she did a good job and nothing needs fixing!! Really!!! I spoke with the manager Marianne and she said Susie has made Many mistakes but shes learning!! My daughter was So Mad she walked out!! They also Over charged her on her card!! They wont give her her money back!! This place is Horrible!!! Customers come first!! This place will be talked about on Facebook and told about to Many people!! Discussed!!!

Dont listen to Angie about this wonderful facilities service. I heard the entire conversation and can guarantee Super Cuts staff handled the issue VERY professionally given the way the staff was treated. An appointment time is NO guarantee, there are many factors that can impact this. The staff is phenomenal, professional, and gets the job done beyond expectations every single time! I very highly recommend this place to anyone that has the common decency to wait and be respectful. If you treat your hairdresser well that cut/trim will turn out better than you could have ever expected. Thank you Super Cuts

Got in basically as soon as I got there. Awesome and friendly staff. Victor was awesome he did an amazing job on my hair and did well with working around my beard. I know where Im going again. Even if I have to drive 2 hrs to get it cut here

This place sucks. My daughter had a 1:30 appointment for a wedding. They didnt take her back till 2 oclock. Didnt apologize and couldnt care less. We are never going back
