I had to have my battery replaced on my iPhone 6s Plus and had to take it here because Apple refused to work on it after CPR originally changed my audio input jack....which they did a good job on. After receiving it back, my speaker and front facing camera didnt work because my Proximity sensor flex cable was bad...and worked perfectly fine before the battery replacement. After paying them to replace the cable and sensor.... because unhooking the screen would not be something the would damage the clasp for the battery replacement, I took it home and changed it myself. When I did this, it was obvious to see the tear in the ribbon cable from the battery replacement but I would have just let it go and called it a loss on my part and a learning expierence. What really bothers me is that a month after that, the battery I paid really good money to have replaced bloated up and cracked my screen from the inside out. After all is said and done, it would have been cheaper to replace my 128 gb 6s Plus or have taken it to Mac in the first place. What CPR doesnt tell you is that once someone other than Apple opens your phone, Apple wont repair them at all and it is impossible to get any OEM parts for them, the replace my parts are of a far inferior quality and do not last!!! Please learn from my $1600 mistake by the time Ivreplace my phone and paid for repairs that dont last, go somewhere else because CPR does not stand behind their work!!!

I dropped my phone in juice and they were able to fix it. I was extremely happy about that because I had important things on there that I thought I lost. I brought my phone on Saturday and was able to pick it up on Sunday. On Sunday when I picked up my phone, I also bought a 6 foot charger. The charger worked for the first day (Monday) but on Tuesday, I noticed that when I plugged it into my phone, it wouldnt charge. I called around 12, to bring the charger back for an exchange or refund, and whomever I talked to said that the manager would be back around 2:30 because they werent so sure of the return policy and that they might not able to bring it back. I had to go to work at 2 so I was not able to come that day. Wednesday morning, right at 10 when they open, I went to the store and brought the charger and receipt with me. After trying the charger on another iPhone with no success, they gave me another charger, the same brand. Also, the guy said that he refunded the total price of my charger onto my card (thats how I originally paid for the replacement screen and initial charger). Today is Friday and I have yet to see that balance restored to my account. I am slightly annoyed about that. Even though some transactions take 24 hours to process, its been more than 24 hours. The team I worked with was extremely professional and did what they could to address my needs but this is starting to change my look on that.

This Place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I took my Samsung Galaxy S3 in because the charging port went bad and I wanted to get it replaced. They quoted me $85 to replace the port, BUT the tech working said we dont guarantee the port to work after we fix it so it may not solve your problem. WTF!!! we may tear contacts replacing it, they may already be torn, your better off with an external battery chager......... ( i was skeptical buying this charger, because it didnt come in a box, no instructions with it and when i asked the tech about that he said "this shipment didnt come in boxes" That should have told me something) .paid $38 for said charger...put my battery on the charger, its been charging for 12 hours, says its fully charged, put the battery back in my phone, and the charge is less than 50% WTF?? how does this help me if the battery has to charge more than 12 hours, still isnt fully charged, WHEN can i use my freaking phone???? Researched the chargers online and they sell starting at $1.44, come from china and hong kong and are know to EXPLODE will supposedly charging your battery? WTF?? Wouldnt recommend these morons to anyone, the obviously dont know what they are doing! Returning this piece of crap today and getting my money back. Hopefully it hasnt ruined my batter by the super SLOW charging (or not charging really).

When the power button on my Nexus 5 broke, I figured I would have cough up $350 for a new one. At first I tried the repair myself, but the button itself was broken and needed replacement.Over the phone, I told the representative that the USB port on my phone had broken and I had been using the NFC charging capability to charge my device, and he responded saying that they had a wireless charger on site. When I sent it in the total was $80 for shipping and the repair costs. I was a little unhappy with that number, but it was a lot better than buying a new device. Turns out, CPR Portage apparently doesnt have a wireless charger, and in order to make sure the device worked, they replaced my USB port free of charge for me (even though I had the part on order myself). I am more than pleased with the work done on my device and even though it will be several days till I receive it via mail, its my pleasure to give CPR Portage this review. Good job guys, keep it up!

Do NOT take your cell phone here. I had the worst experience of my life! I took my Samsung Galaxy S4 in for a battery issue, the tech told me he had repaired it by doing some sodering on the motherboard, but once I got home I realized I could not make or receive phone calls, which I was able to do before I initially took my phone in for repair. I took the phone back in, they said they could not do anything to help me, except give my a $65 credit toward a new phone. I was ticked off, since obviously the tech screwed something up when he was tinkering around with the motherboard. I asked for the phone number of the manager or customer service, and they only provided me with the email address of the manager. I was better off before I even went here! Now Im out $210 and have a crappier phone (a Samsung Galaxy S2, as I could not afford another S4). Very upset about this.

Never will I go here again. The screen on my iPhone was cracked and I was in a hurry to have it fixed. The sales associate assured me it was a much better route to have my screen replaced rather than using my insurance for a new phone. It was 230$ to have the screen replaced with a lifetime warranty. Less than a month later the screen popped off and cracked at the same time. The phone was never dropped, the screen must have not been secured properly. I went in to have it fixed and the same man who was there before said there was nothing they could do even though he said it was a defective part and they see this happen all the time. He said I must have pressed on the screen and cracked it trying to push the screen back into my phone. He then gave me the number to his regional manager who I called and left messages with multiple times and never call me back.
