I have been here 3 times as a walk-in customer to get my 3-year old sons hair cut. The first stylist, Zena (I think) did a really great job! Took her time, and it was just what I wanted. The next 2 times I went, I had another lady, and she was mediocre at best. She rushed and it was more of a chop job. The bangs were uneven, and I had to ask her to specifically trim certain pieces before we left - because she missed spots that needed trimming. Her overall demeanor was unfriendly and even defensive when I asked her to trim more. She didnt even greet my son or say a word to him the whole time. And when a delivery man came, she dropped what she was doing and ran to the back to give him some boxes, without saying a word. My 3 year old son asked "Where did the lady who is cutting my hair go?" Although the first lady I had was great, I will not be returning.

I have been going to Fantastic Sams for over 2 years. My previous stylist became ill and eventually passed away and I kept looking for a new stylist for over 3 years. I have only seen my stylist, May, at this Fantastic Sams but I have seen the work the other stylists have done and they are all very good. I would recommend this store to everybody, including family and friends. The cost is comparable to other salons, and in many instances they are less money than other salons. They not only do hair cuts, but they color, perm and wax too. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a new stylist, this is where you want to go.

I previously for years would go to a high end salon and then my stylist left. I received a coupon in the mail from Fantastic Sams and have been going to Mirella now for over 3 years....she is the best and the other stylist there are great too. I work with ladies that go there also, I have never heard a negative remark from anyone I know about Fantastic Sams. Half the money of the high end salons yet the professionalism and friendliness is beyond any high end salons goal.

No One

Karin is a highly skilled and talented stylist with a keen eye for totally matching a clients wants with a hairdo thats on trend and flattering. Im so happy with what she did and have gotten lots of compliments already. Sophia, their receptionist, is also very helpful, courteous and will do everything to work with a clients schedule. This totally beats an awful cut I got at another FS recently that Karin fixed beautifully, so this is my go-to place from now on.

I absolutely loved my experience here. From what I saw they didnt get a lot of business with hair coloring, but when I asked them to give me a pink balayge they were right on it. I thought that they were fantastic, and there prices were amazing. Usually I go out and spend more than $200. They are great at what they do, and very enthusiastic! 10/10 would go again.

Love going to this haircut salon! I have been going to the same stylist for years and she has yet to not impress me! My stylist is Nicoletta and I highly recommend her. She is extremely kind and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with your haircut/style. Incredible value, competitive prices, courteous staff, great business!

i am not happy with my hair cut and my hair is to short to fix its all uneven watch who you see there are good reviews about some of the hair people just wasnt my experience this time the first time the lady did a great job thos end time not so much

Felt like an assembly line! Stylist didnt listen to what I wanted. Spent $100 got a botched perm and sold me straightening mousse after I paid for curls! Not a pampering experience for the cost!
