I am so disappointed with this facility. My daughter started attending TT at the end of March. It was her first time in daycare which I stated more than once during my tour. They told me everything I wanted to hear to have me pay enrollment fees. They said they would be super understanding and patient with her and expectations were not fulfilled. They never said hello during drop offs and pick ups which I found weird but since they do everything through their app I figured to give it a chance. Not every child is perfect and it takes longer for some too adjust. Maria had me come pick up my daughter for getting sick. (When she cries she gets so upset she throws up) she threw up every Tuesday and Thursday she attended for 3 weeks and it wasnt an issue until this week. When I took her out and offered to pay for the last day she was there Maria said she would adjust my bill. Never happened. Today she wont return or answer my calls. Do not take your child to this unprofessional establishment. They are a top daycare and they should act accordingly. Whether my child was the worst or best. She is TWO! she is learning and very loving at home and other places and cried every time she went into Tutor Time. She started a new daycare today and did awesome! They said she was perfect! I snuck in on Tuesday 4/4 and they were outside. Teachers were sitting on their butts while my child was crying. Ms. Kim was playing with a happy child while mine was screaming and when she saw me all of sudden got up. I spoke with her about my child and her response was " She just started crying" would not refer this place to ANYONE.

We have had our twins enrolled at Tutor Time since they were three years old and we LOVE it. The staff is amazing and the kids always look forward to their day. The hours are great for working parents and the kids are engaged and learning regardless of the hour. I have not had one issue with the staff or the facility. They are constantly planning events for the families and the schools Directors are FABULOUS! Both Fran and Maria are upbeat and ready and willing to answer any question or concern you may have. We could not be more pleased and would recommend Tutor Time in a heartbeat!

We picked this daycare because they have the option of Tutor Time busing the kids to school and will pick them up from school and bring them back to Tutor Time until the parents can come and pick them up. We also choose this day care because if the kids cant go outside and play because of outside conditions then they have an inside "village" that the kids still get play time. They also have music classes on Mondays. Our experience has been great so far.

My children have attended this daycare since they were 3 months old. I would recommend this center to anyone. Every staff member knows each child by name and are very loving and caring to the children. My boys are 6 and 8 now, and Im convinced half the reason they have turned out to be such wonderful kids is with all the love and support these ladies have shown through out the years.

My grandson has been attending Tutor Time since 2010. He has grown intellectually and socially. He has a very outgoing personality and can have a long conversation with anyone. The teachers are very consistent, yet adapt to any situation. The Pre-K program is exceptional, and I believe he will be more than ready to enter kindergarten.

I returned to work after staying home with my son for almost 2 years. They worked with me as I gradually intoduced my son to a daycare setting to help ease the transition for us. This was such a great help for me. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. My son enjoys going to "school" and doing the fun activities.

I have had both my children attend for 2 years now. My kids love it because of the caring staff and great class structures and friends they have made. I love it because I feel at peace knowing my children are in good hands.
