How could the owner be so rude? I called a passport pizza and placed my order. They told me about 45 minutes. We waited for over an hour with 2 hungry adults and 2 hungry kids and no pizza delivery person ever arrived. So i called the same number back. The number I called was a "calling center," (which is how passport pizza works. None of the different numbers actually lead to a different pizza parlor location they just call 2 different "calling centers" where you have to talk to a bunch of buffoons who place your order for you.) Apparently, my address is the same as an address in Grosse Pointe, but thats not my city. They said that my address came up "do not order" because of the confusion between the two addresses, but instead of telling me my order was not in their delivery location, the boy on the phone said "Itll be delivered in about 45 minutes" To think if this society only had an establishment that taught us how to understand the strange markings we sometimes see on paper or signs on the road or even on our computers, this world could be something amazing, but no apparently not since this boy could not read the part that said that my incorrect address was undeliverable. If he had, this whole mess would have been avoided. After I explained my true whereabouts, the very nice manager that I talked to on the phone told me that she would put the owner on the phone and try to get me a free pizza. As I waited to hear a seriously sympathetic apology from the owner of passport pizza, the music chimed in my ear making me remember this is the time of Christmas and I shouldnt be so upset for a silly mistake, I would accept the apology take whatever discount I received and went on my merry way. But when the owner came to the phone there was no sincere apology, no attempt at trying to keep a customer satisfied, instead I received a haughty question about my address. When I tried to explain what happened she rudely interrupted stating she already heard the story from her manager. I was appalled! A Michigan based company, that started small, didnt care about their customers! This was the owner of the pizza chain for crying out loud and she acted as though I was a whining child, upset because I lost a game of musical chairs! I couldnt believe it! I was a paying customer of passport pizza and she just let my opinion and my feelings of her business roll off her like water off the back of a duck. I didnt matter to her, and I doubt if any of her customers matter to her at all. If she can treat one customer like that, whose to say she wont treat us all like that? What has happened to good customer service?!?

I will never order from this location again! Awful customer service for a pizza that is average at best. My wife and I called in an order around 6pm today and after an hour we get a call from the store stating that they were running behind and our delivery would take another 20 to 30 minutes. An hour and a half for a pizza and bread!?!? It is absolutely ridiculous and they didnt even offer a discount to rectify THEIR screw up. This was the third time they have messed up and therefore the last strike. I will be ordering from one of the other Pizza places in the area from now on.

We order cheese bread and a pizza for delivery and no sauce comes with the pizza when we specifically ordered ranch and marinara. They then say we can wait 20 minutes to get the sauce delivered and when I opt to drive there the guy just smiles at me and says sorry. If I wanted to drive and get the correct order I wouldnt of paid extra for delivery

I tried Passport Pizza delivery after having a piece of Passport Pizza at a party lake shore Lanes on Jefferson. I ordered a round and Deep Dish and they live to expectation that I had trying that great slice at lakeshore lane Thank you for not disappointing us the food was great

They are very diligent at trying to fix any problems that might come up. They also added a lot of Stuff like Alfredo pastas. Seafood pizzas, and they have the best homemade chicken and ribs and bone-in wings Around.

Walked the other day and the guy was cleaning the display boxes. Nice to see they care about their appearance unlike some other places. Food was pretty damn good as well! Will for sure be back!

Two hours to not get a pizza. Yup. Never again. Paisanos is right next door and orders of magnitude better. Dont waste your time with Passport, they could screw up a bowl of cereal.
