This company treats you terrible on your first mistake. I understand to notify "temporary agencies" ahead of time on a day of a call off. I do not understand on a first mistake being treated like a dog that was barking to loud. I was politely saying i had forgotten the handbook rule and wont happen again. The hours online of the staffing agency says 8am. My shift started at 7am. Treated horrible for not calling in before my shift started. I did notify my job and they were pleased.
