I have been getting my haircuts hear my whole life and they have always been perfect!!! They use Paul Mitchell products, which are very nice and very high quality. I am pretty sure that all the products they use you can buy from them. The girls there are very sweet!!! I like their old building better, but I under that they were having some heating and cooling problems. Their new building doesnt have as much character but they gave it all the character that is possible!!! Go try Bad Hair Day Salon, I am sure you will love it.

Ive been going to BHD for years, even while living in Tennessee and coming back to Michigan to visit with family. They are a top notch salon that goes out of their way to make you have the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. Ive always been more than satisfied with my experience and they employ awesome stylist who are educated continually on the latest trends and color techniques. I highly recommend BHD to anyone looking for hair care needs.

love love bad hair day salon and spa.... thank you to Katy for fixing my hair !!! I had received a reeaalllyy bad haircut at another salon and after a 5 months of nothing but ponytails and letting my hair grow out i decided to try bad hair day .... so happy i did. Katy really listened to everything i had to say and gave me a cut thats cute and easy to do !!! I will def be going back to bad hair day to make sure i never have another bad hair day :)

I absolutely love the girls here but really liked the old location and set up better. Really disappointed with how the new place is ran. I like to spend my time with my stylist but the way it is currently being ran, you really only spend 30-40 minutes out of the 1.5 hours youre there with your actual stylist that you pay good money for. Like I said, love the girls and the work they do, hate the way you are pushed between a few different people.

Went to get a cut and color. Told her what I wanted and what I got was the total opposite of what I requested. They had to do a couple of correction treatments to get it even close. Totally fried my hair, which was healthy when I went in there. I had to go to another salon for a deep conditioning treatment. Left a message for the salon owner to call me....still waiting for a call back. Will not go back there again.

Here in Tecumseh I was delighted to find Kimberly at Bad Hair Day who listened to my concerns and needs and met or exceeded all my expectations. Do not go here. They were 35 minutes late for my manicure. Im shocked I waited that long but I did. I had shellac polish put on and it was done terribly. Ive had a lot of shellac manicures before and this was the worst. It was very uneven and sloppy. Plus its beginning to chip after 6 days...its supposed to last 2 weeks! So unsatisfied. Never going back.

Love going to Bad Hair Day. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The whole treatment is awesome- all the way from the cheerful greeting and beverage offer as soon as you walk in the door to the relaxing washroom shampoo and scalp massage to the great finishing style. Prices are totally reasonable for the fantastic service!

I asked for 1/2 off all over. The side were cut more and my hair in front (bangs) were not cut at all, so I cut it my self. Oh, well, its only hair, it will grow back in four weeks.

Inexpensive manicure, but you get what you pay for -- polish seemed thinned, no top coat. Limited color selection. Very nice technician, friendly service.
