Small building but has almost everything you would want. Has usual cardio equipment, free weights, and other machine weights. What I liked most about this gym is that it has the TRX straps and they are mounted to the wall. Also there are plenty of bands which you dont find at all gyms. However, this Anytime didnt have a training room (if there was I dont know where they could hide it) or a punching bag. Its clean but because is so much equipment there isnt a lot of free space, hope it doesnt get busy too often.

Very clean and very friendly staff (if you get a chance to speak to them). They just remodeled the downstairs free-weight area and it opened up a ton of room/convenience. They are, as indicated, open ANYTIME, which is wonderful :-). I still feel like the monthly charge is too much, however.

I like it because the weight room is down stairs away from the cardio equipment. I dont have to look at the muscle heads.I most always use the cardio equipment.

I love this gym! It is such a friendly atmosphere and there is no pressure. They have pretty much any machine you would like to use.
