Poor, Lazy, only cared about listing property, In fact it was sold buy another agent. Exit is made up of slackers people who work part time. Because they have full time jobs doing god know what. AVIOD This firm, That was my experience with there first agent. I sold another house and asked someone they hooked me up with the person, they too worked for exit. Against my better judgment I went with the agent form exit. First off He listed my house lower than we discussed. I priced it so it would sell I Mean deep discount 2 day on the market it had a pending contract. And at no thanks to the agent. They didnt do squat. I was told this was a cash offer and I should take it. I was pushed into accepting this contract, and at way lower than I was asking and the house was worth every penny. I would contact them if I were selling a CAR
