Alls Well that Ends Well We used Handyman Connection for several small jobs when we first moved into our Lake St Louis home. We were so pleased with their work that we entrusted them with a major remodel of our master bath. It seemed beautiful at first . And then the problems began. The tile in the shower had not been laid properly, the wrong kind of grout was used; there was excess grout everywhere that at first we thought was just normal shower grime. But after several cleaning products and backbreaking scrubbing, we realized there was a problem. In addition, the shower had been leaking below into the garage. We contacted Handyman Connection and after hearing the opinions of several experts, they quickly agreed to honor their guarantee. After having several more people look at the issues, they had a professional tile guy come in to remove all the tile and redo the shower completely. He did a nice job and, once again, we were pleased. That is, until he discovered that the grout was penetrating the tile and it could not be wiped off. It was determined that the tile was defective and the work had to be redone again. The provider of the tile took responsibility for the defective tile and Handyman Connection arranged for the professional tile guy to tear everything out again and retile the shower. The tile looked nice but now the custom-made shower glass no longer fit. Handyman Connection took care of that by ordering a new piece of glass. They also repaired the garage ceiling from the leak and replaced a cabinet that had been damaged from the reworks of the shower. It was a long, frustrating process but we are happy with the final outcome of a beautiful bathroom and would happily use Handyman Connection again. They definitely stand by their work!

Total joke! First appointment was a no call no show. George called me a week later to follow up and apologize. I thought Id give them a second chance. I hired George to clean out the dryer vent in the house my wife and I just moved into. I explained to him that we just moved in and I need the dryer ventilation in the house cleaned out. He said no problem and I left to go to work while my wife monitored the job. I get a call 5 minutes later from my wife and shes in tears. George isnt cleaning the vent in the house. Hes only cleaning the little foil tube hanging off the back of the dryer. He is demanding his $85 and he cant clean the dryer vent in the house. What a complete joke. Total Scam People! BEWARE!

We had handyman connection come in and hang two doors and drywall. The doors were hung so poorly we had to re-hang them. One you had to fight to open and the other one, the door wouldnt stay closed. The drywall was poorly cut so we had to take it down and replace it. They were supposed to come in and do the trimwork after we painted it and now they have tons of excuses on why they cant finish it. Terrible workmanship, bad management, and shifty customer service. I will never use them again.

Frank was our Handyman and we were quite pleased.He did work on my deck, as required by the Home Owners Association, as well as my neighbors. He showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. He was able to accomodate our schedules. His estimate was exact. He worked hard and did a great job at a fair price. My neighbor and I were both very pleased with his work. I was also pleased with the communication from the office. Thanks for a job well done!

I recently called Handyman connection to bid on some work that I was not able to complete myself. They gave me a price to finish my deck, stain it and paint some interior rooms in my house. I am very picky with work quality and was a bit apprehensive at first. I gave them the green light and have to say, was very impressed by the quality and price of the work they performed. I recommend Handyman connection and will use them again for other projects.

Easy as it gets. Easy to call in. The work being done was on the outside of the house. The estimator showed up early and quoted before I even went home to visit during lunch. Gave me price and completed work all before I got home from work at the end of the day. I am pretty handy and do most jobs around the house. They are perfect for the jobs that are just out of my experience reach. Would recommend them any time.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from the moment I called. I had a craftsman show up on time and put together a very complicated garage door opener for me. He did it for a reasonable price and was just as courteous and tidy as he could have been. I would not have known who to call for these types of jobs before I found Handyman Connection. I will call this company again for sure!!!!

I had Casey out to redo my bathroom. Casey was very courteous, prompt for both appointments and did an excellent job on my bathroom reno. Handyman connection was a little higher on their estimate, but with the work comp & liability insurance, it was worth it. I will definitely be using them again and will also recommend anyone else use them too.

I have used Handyman Connection for a couple of jobs now; they are my go to for repairs needed around the house. I highly recommend them, especially Calvin! There is only one minor disconnect and that is between receiving the quote for the repairs and then being contacted for when the job can be scheduled

HC has done everything for me from installing ceiling fans to changing out doorknobs and locks to minor plumbing fixes. Greg is always professional and is knowledgeable about how to do a variety of tasks. I always ask for him when I call, and I have called HC frequently. No hesitation in recommending them

The experience - when the handyman arrived - was great! Handyman was in the house for about 10 minutes; incredibly polite, thorough and clean. The handyman himself was terrific and no doubt I will have projects in the near future for which I will need his assistance.

I have had Joe, John and Russ all do work for me. They were all three excellent! Joe replaced my garage door and trim, John got a switch working and Russ fixed a leak in my bathtub. The office staff was a pleasure to work with also.

Disappointed paid for over $2000 in plumping work and the plumber did not correctly finish the job after 2 different leaks and multiple visits the job was complete. Andy has yet to return my calls which is disappointing
