My uncles services were through Bi-State Cremation Services, first off they do not have a chapel, so if you do not have a church home you are charged extra for them to locate a church, you can DEF tell they are new to this business and they have a lot of learning to do. They took the LONGEST route to the cemetery and had absolutely NO ORGANIZATION the line was a MESS, people bobbing and weaving all over the place, while my uncle looked like himself he was very pale as if they may have used makeup for a lighter complextion person....everything was just poorly put together, and the face that they dont have a chapel makes it difficult for those who dont have a church home.......

Called BI-State Cremation and Funeral for my nephew. I spoke with Larry, he was very nice and offered to come to my home to make arrangements.(You dont find people who will do that now days) Larry and his team made it possible for me and family to give my Nephew a very nice Home going Service, He and his staff treated us like family. I would recommend Bi-state to everyone, It does not take a lot of money to put a love one to rest. and Bi-State proved that.

TERRIBLE – PHIL WITH BI STATE NEVE SHOWED UP FOR THEIR APPT WITH THE 18th YEAR OLD SON OF THE DECEASED. After a catastrophic loss our family called Bi-State who made an appoint to meet with next of kin. The only available family of the deceased was the 18 year old son who was crushed at the death of his father. They were a no show. They never showed up for the appointment and then called hours later to set up another appt.

Our experience was very good. The staff at Bi State was very caring and went above and beyond our expectations during this tragic event in our life. Did not matter how many times I called they always answered the phone in this time of need!!! I highly recommend Bi State to anyone!
