Darci K. Ward is by far the absolutely the best dance teacher in these parts by so much and a matter of fact I have been around the dance world most of my life living in my different places seeing all different kinds of professionals dance masters, techers and schools do their thing. It is obviously a love or passion which is undeniable. Those that do that are special. The best in their discipline. When you group the best together from all over there is still a smaller portion of the best group. They are the elite. Encompassing all of those exquisite unique qualities putting them in that small percentage of the top of the top. The very best at combining all aspects involved in teaching, correcting, training, sculpting the next generation of world class dancers. Darci K.Ward has that extensive dance background. The kind that one looks for when searching for that special quality you want in any teacher or person interacting with the youngster in your life. Darci K. Ward started at the ripe old age of 3 and never looked back. Always getting better. Learning,studying, doing, practicing more techniques, styles, disciplines. To name just a few to give you an idea of how well rounded her knowledge and understanding are. With everything I have mentioned here to give you an idea of her qualifications and plenty I forgot and left out now. If you happen to live close enough to have yourself or someone you care about study under Darci K. Ward, you will not be let down and will be so glad with the choice you made to join her class. You will be so happy with your decision that it will become an easy thing to do when you give her a reference to anyone you know and even those you dont when you witness the progress as Darcis years of training, teachings, practice & understanding run off on whoever she is teaching making them better & better becoming the best they can possibly become. I have one word AWFUL! The customer service is the worst. I sent my daughter years ago and I didnt like the attitude the front desk person had then but since they moved close to me I thought I would try it years later but nothing has changed. I could tell you the awful things that happened but it will take two pages.However at the recital I had to go heads up with the lady because I was one of the first parents there and because I wasnt standing in the spot where they wanted me to stand they refused to give me my child in spite of giving the caucasian family in front of me their child and in spite of me waiting at the door looking the staff in their eyeball for 2 hours. But yet I was not in the correct spot. The ironic part is the family in front of me the whole time was bad mouthing the facility with other parents and I chose not to say anything negative in spite of my previous experience. The whole time they were yelling at parents. I cant understand why would you go heads up with your customer. I understand policies I work in customer service myself and you dont have to be rude and nasty to your customer to implement policy or procedures. I explained the horrible experience to the manager and it was like pulling teeth just trying to get a simple apology. She just kept saying its hard for the staff and many of the ppl helping or parents. One sweet staff member asked me do I only want my child and I said yes and she hurried and grabbed her for me with a smile. I wish the other staff would follow her lead. This wasnt even the worst experience with them. They are in bad need of customer service training. Positive voice tone and an apology can move mountains.

Fabulous i luv the teachers the staff and company rockstars. They are sweet and teach the students discipline. Theyre serious about dance and all teachers have experience they have won thousands of trophies last year and this year we are hopeing for more! Dk Dance Productions is the right place to go!
