After waiting 2 hours, the barbers continued to help guys who walked right in the door. Multiple times other customers were helped that arrived well after I did. Nice place, was pretty busy when I got there...had a good ESPN sports documentary on that helped pass the time. Barbers seemed to take their time and high attention to detail, but I was basically ignored. I will not be returning.

Walked in and was ignored for 20 min! Finally said hello and do have time for walk ins? Without out saying hello and without acknowledging me he turned to the other barber and proceeded to yell at each other and then finally said maybe?? I went up to ann and the 95 in the alberstons shopping center got the best fade ever! Thank u for being so rude that i found my new master barber!

I learned about this place from this site. I recevied a great cut in a 10mins. The only downside is that they didnt have the customer service youd expect from a barbershop. I just sat down, got cut, and left. No small talk or trying to get to know me at all. Maybe theyll become more personable next time.

waited for an available barber, every guy that walked in the store apparently had an appointment. when i was finally called, a guy walked in and the barber told me he had an appointment at my time. this place is racially bias. they lack customer service and profesionalism. dont go to this place.

Horrible customer service lack of professionalism if you wanna wait 2 hours for a haircut than this is your place. I asked for the next available barber then more people and more people kept coming in getting cuts before me after an hour I left... Wont Be Going Back...

Got my sons haircut in less than 10 minutes and it was a super nice clean cut.. was in and out. I always have had issues with barbers being rude or getting frustrated whether my son moves a little at different shops. Barbers here patient and nice to kids
