I would not have given 1 star even but had to so I could post my review. We were walk in with 2 people to get hair cuts. We were told a 15 minute wait. Some guy walks in and told the lady his name. He had a different last name inital then someone on the list already by online check in but that person wasnt here so she changed the letter and got him right in cause he was flirting with her. Not what I call customer service to those of us who have been here waiting. I said something but was ignored. The girl had very shot dark hair and extremely dark make up Huge drawn on eye brows. Do not go to Great Clips! Go over to Super Cuts.

I went to get my bangs trimmed and it looked ok at a glance but when I got home I saw that it was awful. I tried to comb it and style it but it was so choppy and uneven that it was hopeless. The middle is significantly shorter than the rest of the bangs and it doesnt look even at all. Even if it is parted to the side to hide the unevenness the choppiness looks awful. I have a birthday celebration this weekend but sine Im in school its going to be hard finding the time to go somewhere else to have my bangs fixed. I have never written a bad review, I am pretty easy to please. But this is the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. :(

Horrible customer service. I was treated rudely before even getting a chance to sign in for to wait for a haircut. The person at the desk refused to tell me how long a wait there was. It was like I was inconveniencing her just by asking the question. I figured it probably would be a good idea to cut my losses. As for the haircut quality, I wouldnt know at this particular location. Ive gone to other Great Clips though and can say its hit or miss. Your best bet is to find a decent stylist (I say decent because the good ones are not working at Great Clips) and stick with him/her for your haircuts.

I used to go to this location all the time. I went back today. Lisa was my stylist. She was friendly and upbeat. She did a great job on my hair. I will be requesting her from now on. However, the manager there, leslie, is not as professional. Leslie had some issue with lisa that needed to be addressed that she felt it appropriate to bring up in front of me, the customer. Then leslie proceeded to show whatever issue to all other employees in the shop. Very unprofessional.

Today was my first time. I brought my five year son to get his hair cut also. It was his very first time in a salon. Normally I cut his hair at home. We both saw Erica. She was fantastic. She was very patient and gentle with my son. And she did a great job with my hair. She gave me recommendations about my hair, cut and style. I was very appreciative. I will definitely go back.

Ive come here for multiple haircuts. Depending on the stylist you get things can be hit or miss. Sometimes the stylists are friendly and full of lively conversation other times you can tell theyre having a bad day and would like nothing better than to quit. I suppose we all have our bad days. Anyway its not unlike any other Great Clips. Same décor and hair products for sale.

Absolutely, without exaggeration THE worse haircut I have ever had . The woman that cut my hair just didnt get it. I tried to explain what I needed done and still didnt listen. Now I have to deal with this cut for the next month. Horrible experience.

This location has some of the unfriedliest staff I have ever seen! Lisa seem miserable for being there and my whole haircut experience seem like it was a hassle for her. I had to point out spots she missed cutting. I will not he going back!

great location, lot of parking spots, staffs are kinda awkward when it comes to small talks, place is clean and cool, if youre a regular customer they know what you are getting, and wont even ask if you want to try something new :(

I love this place. Im not sure why everyone is giving them bad reviews. Just give them your number and they out it their computer along with how you like you hair. Super friendly people and awesome haircuts.

Carrie Vesbie the owner is a lyer and a cheat. She suckered me out if my salon in lemmon valley with lies a deceptions and now will only pay me if I dont ask her to answer any of her multitude of lies!!

I had a bad experience with Great Clips, went back a month later thinking the service would be better, I will never return. I prefer Sport Clips they do an amazing job compared to Great Clips.

Felicia is the BEST stylist. Haircut is perfect every time. I drive there from Sparks just for her, even though I could go to the Spanish Springs location. I will continue to come here!
