This location is awful. My husband put in an online order at 7:50pm and it was confirmed for delivery at 8:57. When the pizza had not arrived by 9:50 we called to see what was going on. After 5 minutes of "looking into it" they came back and said that the order had never been put in. They would have it delivered to us in another hour. Well at that point it would be 11pm so we told them to forget about it and refund the card. That is going to take at least a week, you know, if they actually remember to do it. I asked if we would be receiving any sort of compensation, and the person on the phone said no, we could come in and pick up the pizza instead. I asked to speak with a manager, and he stated that he was the manager. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. I work in customer service, and would kill my employees if they treated a customer this way. Telling someone that just paid $40 for pizza that, "We are really busy," like thats my fault, is ridiculous. You made a mistake and should correct it. Even if you cant do it tonight, you apologize and offer a free pizza to keep the customer. I shouldnt have had to ask for it. Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience weve had with this location, and will most likely take our business to Mountain Mikes. They might be a little more expensive, but their owner does a great job with customer service.

I came here for the lunch buffet at about 1:30 on a weekday. Usually if i want round table I go to the GSR, but i had an errand near this store. All the booths were dirty, although only 1/3 of them were occupied. The salad bar was nearly empty and lacking about 1/2 of the toppings I usually get elsewhere. Tomatoes and cucumbers were mushy from being frozen. There were no forks available. After asking several times I was given a plastic fork. Old pizzas were replaced with new fresh ones shortly after I arrived, and they were good. Another issue for me, the restroom has a sign that says, "Customers only, please get key from register." Really? A pizza restaurant in a mall needs this policy? I dont patronize gas stations with this policy, Im certainly not going to frequent a restaurant that would rather inconvenience customers than clean their restroom a bit more often. Ill avoid this location and stick to the GSR round table, where I always have a good experience.

My roommate ordered a pizza almost two hours ago. Thirty minutes ago he called to make sure they had the right address and apartment number on the order. He didnt ask about time and they told him that the pizza was on the way. He called once more to see what happened to the order but no actual answer was given. The only thing that came out of the ladys mouth was we are running behind on time. So my roommate is going to have cold pizza that he paid for to be warm? Its ridiculous that this location is still open if they dont have their priorities together. Even if this is a horrible location for a delivery pizza place, its their responsibility to call the client and say sorry about the wait, we are gifting you half off of your order due to this inconvenience.

I ordered a medium build your own pizza and 8 piece boneless wings. On the build your own pizza I asked for five different veggies and grilled chicken, and I was very disappointed when I recieved my order. It took them 1 hour to deliver my food and they were very skimpy with the veggies. There were a LOT of olives and a small amount of the other veggies. Literally one artichoke heart on each slice of pizza and almost no spinach. All around they had a friendly staff but that doesnt make up for the horrible food quality. I spent over $25 on the pizza alone and it is not worth the price. Go somewhere else if you want a great pizza!! After this experience I will not be ordering from this location again.

I go to round table frequently for the lunch buffet. They often have coupons for buy one get one free lunch buffets in the ads we get in the mail, and if they dont have that they usually at least have one for a discount soda. The pizza is great as usual, but only when it is there. It seems often the dining room is full of people but theyre only making one set of pizzas/bread sticks/cinnamon twists at a time which are all eaten up right away, so there is long periods without much (or any) food out. Dont be afraid to ask the workers to make another one of something, if they have time they usually will.

if i could rate this round table less than a star i would. i ordered a pizza, wings and Parmesan Twists. My order was late! I called to ask where my order was and the man on the phone told me the delivery man would be here in five minutes. he was not. he was late. all of my food was cold. they didnt even bring me the right sauce for my twist or my wings. then the delivery man made a comment because i did not tip him. i will never order in or to go from this round table. theyre better round tables in reno.

This Location of Round Table Pizza is the worst. The Worst Service, The Worst Management. There delivery service is the worst! The restaurant portion is rarely ever clean as well. Dont get me wrong, I love Round Table Pizza and there are many other locations that are great. The management at this location will go as far as calling you a liar when there delivery staff claim they tried to deliver to your home, when they actually were at the wrong house!

The worst service i have ever had i have order fro delivery and it to over two hours. The order was wrong and my pizza was under cooked i called got hung up twice and then talked to the manager mary lee she was very rude. And said she couldnt do anything for me. Besides a discount next time i order witch means i would have to again when i never would this is the third time in a month. If you need pizza dont order from them ever worst in town.

The pizza was good and prepared in a decent amount of time. BUT THE PLACE LOOKED DINGY. The ice dispenser on the fountain soda machine was SUPER dirty, the salad bar had little to no ingredients, on the front counter were one places the order they had a tray that either holds dirty dishes or dirty towels and even the kids video game machines were very dirty... like I said the pizza was good but I honestly probably wont be back...

HORRIBLE!!! On two separate occasions I ordered a pizza without cheese (lactose intolerant) and recieved one with cheese. I decided to give them one more chance and called to order but started off by telling the woman that answered (Maria) about the past two incidents. She didnt care and would not provide any credit even after they failed twice. I"ll never order again from them.

Well, we found it! The worst Round Table Pizza. Super old pizza at the buffet and when they EVENTUALLY put out a new pizza, the old ones sat there too. How do you mess up the salad bar? Ranch was never refilled, even the soda was flat straight out of the machine. I mean, its pretty horrible. The only buffet that is possibly worse would be the $1 buffet from Vegas Vacation! Horrible
