This location is the worst Ulta I have ever been in. A few times I have been forced to buy from this location because it is nearby my home, however every time I go here the customer service is TERRIBLE. The "managers" I encounter every time I am there seem to be the worst ones at delivering customer service and are so rude. I drive 30 minutes to the next closest Ulta because I hate shopping at this one. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache... just drive to the Mall of NH location.

Like any makeup store they are pricey. Lots of great products. Coustomer service was horrible. I looked around for 20 minutes and no one asked if I needed help with anything. Cashier was friendly and helpful when I cashed out. If you know what your going in there for then its a good place to go. Just dont expect any help.

Dont go in and expect any friendly help. Girls are RUDE-! After my last visit, I learned to drive right pass Ulta & go spend my money at Sephora. Staff is always willing to help there. .... But its not just this ulta, Seems like its most Ultas...
