This was an amazing, wonderful day. I am the mother of the groom, my only child. The venue is just lovely and romantic, flawlessly clean and well planned. There are so many romantic photo ops, my son and daughter in law were married under the pergola with the lake behind them, there were photos on the lawn, inside and the gazebo. The florals and plantings were exquisite, the landscaping done with great attention to detail. The menu was delicious, salad and rolls served at the table and main course buffet style, absolutely like the best home-made food you could want, very high quality great flavor. We loved the salad dressing. Two of our party had special food needs, gluten intolerance and vegetarian. Great care was taken to present them with individual dinners that were delicious and appropriate, not just some salad on a plate- they were very pleased, as was my son, that their enjoyment was important to the Harris staff. The day was made so special for me by the loving attentiveness of every member of the staff. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely woman who was running things, she was personable, charming and extremely good at this. I was just so excited I cant recall her name and that is no reflection on her at all. Our waitress Teresa was a wonderful young lady, professional, well turned out, very detail oriented and charming. I noticed all the wait staff were cheerful and friendly and very good at what they do. I am disabled as well as undergoing chemotherapy and without ever needing to be asked at all the staff was incredibly caring and attentive of my needs, safety and comfort all through out the day. It means so very much- all my stress just went away, because of their assistance I was able to do the photo ops and enjoy the entire day without becoming fatigued or pained and having to leave early as I feared, that was just THE BEST. And things were arranged so there was no embarrassment of me feeling I was holding people up or slowing things down. And they were even more so to my son and new daughter. There was truly great care taken as if they were the only bridal pair ever, treated like a very special prince and princess. I wish I had more kids to marry off there!!! It was absolutely one of the most wonderful days of my life, and I was able to enjoy it to the utmost because of the loving care offered to all of us. Only thing I would suggest is if perhaps the Inn could get a little golf cart for toting around us disabled or elderly members of wedding parties. Oh, but when I called ahead also to see if there was anything I needed to know about the facility to cut down on walking, I was assisted thoroughly with suggestions that were excellent- this is a place that puts a great deal of thought and work into producing a very special day.

Weve been to the Harris Inn numerous times since we were children for many different functions, including receptions and parties for our family. The staff and Harris family are always friendly, the food is always of excellent home cooked quality, and the setting is beautiful. That its within walking distance of my home is an added bonus! I highly recommend the Inn if youre looking for a facility where your guests will feel comfortable and relaxed, and not as if theyre attending some formal high-society ball, in a setting that is ideal for both indoor and outdoor functions.

Harris Pelham Inn is always great food and great service. I have been to many weddings in the area and I think the Pelham Inn, by far, delivers the best, most abundant and delicious meal I have had at a wedding. If you want a fancy presentation and skimpy portions, try someplace else. But if you want your guests to enjoy ample, family style dining, the Inn is your best bet! We also love their salad dressing and meat seasoning!

Had my wedding here recently. The grounds and the venue are absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and truly care about providing a great experience. They were always available to answer my questions. The food here is legendary and was some of the most delicious weve had. Everything was as perfect as we dreamed of.
