Ordered cabinet doors to replace broken ones in September 2015 and told they would be ready in about 8 weeks. Did not hear anything so called and told they needed sample of old cabinets to match and drove sample down to their factory - just needed to finish staining and would be ready "shortly." Was confirmed that old door/sample was received. Several weeks later there was a fire in nearby warehouse that apparently affected them. We did not hear from Royal Cabinet - told they must have lost our contact information. Now over 3 months later and still cannot get information when they will be ready. Have called and left several emails. Have been promised returned calls and do not receive them. Now when I try to call I get no answer. Hoping to get my deposit back and start over so I dont have to wait another 9 months for 7 cabinet doors.
