totally unhelpful employees....I went in to enlarge 2 things to fit a 10 x 14 frame for a teaching display. One was a printed verse; the other was a copy of a public domain image. The woman at the counter would not even show me how to use the copy machine to get the size I wanted! She said she couldnt help me since I had gotten the picture from the internet. Her exact words were "YOU can do it...but I cant help you". What sense does that make? Was she accusing me of doing something illegal? EVEN IF the image had not been public domain, using a published image for teaching is considered "fair use" and is not a copyright violation. And what would prohibit her from showing me how to enlarge the printed verse? Is the Holy Bible somehow protected by copyright? After unsuccessfully fussing with the machine for 20 minutes, I asked a different employee, this time a male, to help me. He said "well, you just have to keep playing with it" in terms of adjusting the copy ratio. I pointed out that my credit card was being charged for each "play" attempt. He came over and adjusted the zoom feature to 115% and printed it on legal size paper. Remember, I was looking to enlarge to 10x14, so all he did was create a tall thin copy. (and charged me for each trial....ka-ching!) When I repeated that I wanted a 10x14, he told me the only options were letter, legal or 11 x 17. (which would have been helpful info, 30 minutes earlier!) After he walked away, I continued "playing" and was able to print on 11 x 17 paper, adjusting the ratio so the words would fit within the 10 x 14 area. It ended up costing me over 6 dollars to do a fifty cent job! And all of this time and money could have been saved if the fedex employees (who, by the way, had NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store!) would have simply given me the assistance I had asked for. I know that FedEx is capable of making a 10 x 14 enlargement, because I have been to other FedEx locations where this was easily accomplished. I even gave them the option of using a file saved on a flash drive, instead of enlarging the letter sized document. The issue was that they simply refused to help me. It is even possible that they discriminated against me for having a physical disability..I had just come from the endodontist and half my face was still numb, giving me a temporary facial paralysis. It is very sad to think that these FedEx employees might discriminate against a stroke victim, or someone similarly impaired. How ironic that they seemed so afraid of "breaking the law"(which they were ignorant of, to begin with), yet apparently discriminated against the disabled.

Several times I have encountered totally incompetent employees at this location. The employees are not trained correctly and have no idea what they are doing. When the manager is there watching the employees the place runs smoothly. Otherwise there are huge waits to pick up packages or pay for copies.

Phone and online info say the place opens at 6 am. NOT TRUE! I drove there and the business was CLOSED.
