I hired CertaPro Freehold after meeting with Oliver to discuss the continuation of painting my home after I had hired a different painting company to begin it. The other painting company came in, painted without much prep, and it shows. Mind you my home is a new construction so its not like much prep was even needed, so the minimum was done by them. CertaPro, especially the paint crew led by Emre, went beyond my expectations. Beginning with my meetings with Oliver, we set the stages of painting the rest of my home, and Emre and his crew came in over the course of a few days to diligently, patiently, and professionally finish the painting of my home. They pole sanded and prepped the walls perfectly, the covered all the floors and furniture, after painting they walked me around wall by wall room by room to notate any areas I wasnt satisfied with, then they went back and touched it up and then redid the walk through. After the work, they swept and wet wiped the majority of the floors and even the countertops where the dust had landed! Oliver was great, took his time and quoted fairly, unlike many of the others I had come quote previous to him. He then sent Emres crew who did a superb job on my home, and Oliver even came during the painting day to check to see if everything was good. I cannot recommend CertaPro Freehold any more highly, they were awesome, and you would not regret hiring them!

I hired them to patch and sand nail holes in the ceiling caused from a new roof. The job was done in the time they said; but only because I helped with clean-up the two days. Not holding that necessarily against them, the ceiling is cracked again on the seem and it has only been about 3-4 months. Now it has been 4 weeks since I called asking for someone to come out to look at the area. I assumed they would stand by their work. The operator could not understand what I was asking (Im not sure why) but said she would look at the file and get back to me. So here we are now, 4 weeks later and a week before Thanksgiving and I am still waiting for a response. Not the service I was expecting.
