Since u cant rate without clicking on one star, I did but not because I think it deserves it! They lost 4 mens suits of mine back in February. They were very nice and told me to go buy something to wear for the event I had that weekend. I didnt want to do that to them so I gave them more time to locate the items and we made do with what we had in the house. However once mid April rolled around and i have a family wedding coming up I needed to replace the suits. I purposely went to Macys only one week before the wedding because they were having a 50% off sale. I was really trying not to kill her with the replacement cost. I even cut out $10 coupons to make it less. The total for 4 suits was $890.00. I really dont think that is bad considering that my Husbands suits were not that cheap. When I handed her the receipt she was fine and told me to pick up the chk the next day. By the time I got home there was a message on the machine that she couldnt understand how it was so much money and why I didnt buy $59 suits at Burlington?? Excuse me I didnt lose the suits u did! I gave u 2 months to find the suits. I didnthave to go searching for sales! She gave me a chk for $440.00. What am I supposed to do with that. I am so frustrated and turned off by them. Dont use them. They do not keep their word!

Im more of a recent customer maybe a couple of months now but I think this place is great. My old cleaners was alright but I had heard good things about Hometown Cleaners and decided to try them out since it is more convenient and closer to where I live. I remember my first time in the store I brought in a dress that I needed to wear to an event the next day. I had the dress fitted to have the straps shortened a little but I also needed it cleaned. Their tailor was almost done for the day and getting ready to leave. However I made a special request to please have my dress done that same day so I could have it cleaned and back early the next morning. The owner walked in and told me it wouldnt be a problem and to not worry. She said she would take care of it so I offered to pay them extra if necessary. Service for cleaning here is always next day so they told me there was no extra charge. Since then I have been coming here and also recommending this place to family and friends for their great service.Whenever I go in the staff immediately greets me with a smile and now even remembers my name. To all the people who are looking for a reliable Dry Cleaners I would say thay this is definitely the place to try if they havent already.

Will never go back. Took a suit to be dry cleaned and waist expanded one inch. Laundry receipt $12. 05 for dry cleaning an waist. When I picked up I was charged $25.05. When I inquired I was told that the additional $15.00 was for the seamstress charge. The laundry receipt showed: Waist FP. Meaning Future Price. This was not explained to me initially. Shame on me. What bothers me is that I was not given the choice of declining the waist adjustment at the time. The counter person suggested I ask to be called for price approval before the seamstress begins the work. I told her there wont be a next time.

Horrible...dont go here! They gave me someone elses clothes mutiple times and didnt think this was a big deal. They lost my sweater and did nothing to rectify the situation (keep in mind these incidents happened all within a 1 to 2 month time frame). I complained a few times and the owner wouldnt even talk to me, she had her manager call me while she was standing right there - I was able to hear her telling the manager what to say to me! VERY unprofessional. The customer service here is appalling and extremely disappointing. I will never bring my clothes here again! Go elsewhere - trust me!

I have been using this cleaners for several years and I can honestly say that I have never experience better service. The counter people are awesome. They make me feel very comfortable and at home. They never need to ask my name because they always know it. Whenever I am in a bind they go out there way to accomadate me. They are open late hours and seven days a week. The store is always clean and my clothes always come back to me in superb condition. I would recommend this cleaners to all my friends. They also have a great tailor.

Always took my clothes here, never had a problem. Last time I was a customer there (over a month a go) I was charged over $50 to dry clean 5 items. They completely ruined one of my dresses, and gave me back a silk shirt they say they cleaned but looks exactly the same as when I gave it to them, wrinkled and all. Will never be giving them business again.

The woman Lori tells me taut two patches will cost $5.00 each. When I go back to pick it , another girl tells me its $16.00 total and the seamstress has her own pricing. 06/19/17 I will never go back there again and the funny part is I go next door to them 4 days a week and I will tell eberi I know how misleading and dishonest they are

If There was an option to give 0 stars, than thats what it would be for this so called business. Of course if you are looking for a place that will lose your items, than be incredibly rude to you (Lauren) -- I would highly recommend that this is the place you want to go to

They lost my pants and then they said the girl taged another item twice so there was no pants in the first place. i have been going for years but now I will not and will not recommend it.
