These guys are the real deal. I was in a major bind - my regular barber bailed on me @ the 25th hour. I have a wedding out of state and my flight leaves today. I called around and even checked their website only to find out that they were booked solid today. I filled out the form on their web-site first thing in the morning (7:30AM) asking for any chance they could squeeze me in. Within 15 minutes, I had a phone call from the owner Jeff. He told me they accept walk-ins, but understood my situation (understanding the urgency, and knowing the fact that I was in the middle of my work day), and scheduled me with one of the barbers. He texted me what time to come in, and the rest is history. I got to the shop when I was told, waited a couple minutes and sat down with Eric. He did a great job, and spent at least 35 minutes cleaning up the mop on my head (I hadnt had a haircut in over two months) and shaping up my beard. These guys work hard for their money, so be sure to TIP them. The shop is super clean, and very well put together. The waiting area has some comfortable couches and a bench to sit on while you wait. They also have an area to make a coffee, espresso, or grab some water. Overall, one of the better experiences I have had at a barber shop, and you can be sure, I will definitely return. I highly recommend City Looks.

Thank you to Jeff at City Looks for giving me the best wedding day look. In addition to my regular hair cut, Jeff came to my house the day of my wedding to give myself and my groomsmen hot shaves! Talk about getting ready in style. Many of us never had a hot shave before, and I would definitely recommend for all groomsmen parties on that day. He was so professional, and even brought a barber chair to my house to make us comfortable that morning. Jeff set up the night before, and even came as early as 7:30am to make sure he had enough time for each groomsmen. Seriously, such an amazing experience. I loved having you there to start my wedding day off right. Thank you again for all you guys do regularly and for special occasions!

I wanted to get my groomsmen, my father, my future father in law and myself straight shaves before my wedding. I asked my photographer who to go to and he instantly said Jeff. He told me Jeff was a consummate professional and would deliver a great experience. Jeff worked with our venue, the Pleasantdale Chateau, and was there an hour before we got there to setup. He had hot shaves to do, cutting in a chinstrap beard and a head to shave. He did an amazing job and managed to shave 8 of us and made sure we were on time and looking sharp. Thank you Jeff for making sure I looked my best on my wedding day. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for that special day or looking for a barber for everyday cuts/shaves.

I always go to the City Looks Barber Shop in Little Falls. Whenever I need a fresh cut they never disappoint me. Not once have I been displeased with one of the haircuts I have gotten there. The past four years I have been going here and I do not plan on changing barber shops any time soon. All the barbers are great and I have been very happy. One time I went in their with very long hair and I had no idea what to do with my hair, so I just told him to cut my hair and do something cool. He did and I still cut my hair their to this day. I am going back this week to get a haircut. GREAT PLACE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Best Barbershop Hands Down! If you need a cut, go to City Looks Barber Shop. I have an extremely talented barber his name is Jeff Agnello (owner). He has a great staff of skilled barbers. I have been going to Jeff for 3 years now, and I have never had such an amazing haircut. I try and go here twice a week, once for a cut, and then again to sharpen up my shape up. I have never left his shop disappointed. His schedule is extremely flexible, and he also takes appointments Monday - Thursday. So give them a shout, and try it out. Trust me check out this barbershop once, and youll never go anywhere else.

When I first moved up to North Jersey, I didnt know where to get my hair cut at. I did a google search and found City Looks Barber shop, and only had one word to say "wow" when I first walked in. This establishment is ran professionally, is always well kept, and the staff is amazing! If it wasnt for my move to the Philadelphia area I would drive here every time to get a hair cut. I promise you, if you come here one time you will never find another barber shop! Kenny was my barber for 3 years and was the best barber I have ever had!

I came to City Looks on a hunch that they would do a great job. My barber had passed away and I told Jeff the owner that I was looking for someone to give me a very conservative scissor only cut like my old barber did. Jeff offered to give me a cut and he did not disappoint. Jeff, all you guys are great at what you do and you are good people. If someone in the Little Falls area or North Jersey area wants to know where to go for a great cut from conservative to trendy then you have to come to City Looks. Dont short change yourself.

Jeff and his crew are hands down the best barbers around. Ive gone to different barbers all over northern NJ and nobody even comes close to the level of skill and detail provided by Jeff & the City Looks crew. Great prices and great atmosphere go a long way as well and the friendly staff is happy to engage in conversations about sports, music, movies and more. It stays true to the old school barbershop feel with a modern-day look, and fresh cuts to go around! If I could give it six stars I would.

I Always have a good experience at city looks. Im a Bi- Weekly Customer and dont mind who cuts my hair and beard. i have been to every one of their barbers and have quality cuts every time. Price does dictate quality.. which is why i dont mind paying a little more then the going rate for a quality cut. I live 15 miles away and the trip is always worth the experience. I cant speak on behalf of other shops that i have never been to, but its always a great time at City Looks.

I always love going to City Looks in Little Falls because I know Ill always leave with a fresh cut! Ive been going to there for over a year now and Freddy is the best! Hes super nice, fun, easy to talk to, and always gives me the freshest cuts! I always get compliments after getting a cut from Freddy! Also the new look of the shop looks amazing! I always recommend this barber shop to any/everyone. Truly is a great place with great people! Thanks for always being on point!

Ive been going to City Looks for about 2.5 years now and I will not be going anywhere else unless they close there doors for business. I have never left there with any doubt about my haircut.
