My sister in-law and new husband used their services. I found them to be a little less than par and certainly less than advertised. When I arrived with my 7 month old son I was told that they would have a high chair reserved for us but they forgot to set one aside and were unable to find one for me. I had to bring my stroller in so my son had somewhere to sit when not being held by someone else. Furthermore, we were not served what was supposed to be on the menu and what was paid for, not even close. Several items were not served that should have been. In addition, they forgot to set a table up for the bride & groom and quickly "scraped" one together for them forgetting to use the special linen purchased by my mother in-law just for that occasion. The meal opened up with a salad that appeared to have been sitting a while. The salad was saturated and soggy with the house dressing. The soup and cake was about the only thing I enjoyed (butternut squash and chocolate cake w/ raspberry drizzle) I cant recall if they made the cake or not. Then came some chicken which was bland and tasteless followed by some roast beef which when one bit into it a plethora of "soggy" came gushing out. Not sure what was going on, maybe we caught them on a bad night. When following up with them to inquire as to why such poor service and why several items on the menu where not served, by my mother and father in-law who payed for their services, they (the manager) were rude and unprofessional about it. They certainly failed to uphold the customer on this one. Believe me, Im not just a disgruntled person trying to bash them. I have better things to do than search for a company online and leave them a poor review, unless they earned it. I really felt bad for the bride & groom.

Alan handled catering at my wedding last year and everything was a huge hit. My husband and I are very picky eaters and he had us and all of our guests raving about the food and service. We were impressed thoroughly with his courteous staff and the quality of the dishes served. Literally everything we asked for was taken care of promptly. I cannot thank you all enough for doing your part to ensure such a significant life event was a wildly memorable one.

My experience with this disaster of a catering services was very low. We paid 7,000 for food and all they served was rice, parogies, and kraft Mac and cheese. They didnt tell anyone when the food was ready to be served and as a result we ended up taking it all home. DO NOT buy their services, and if you do, dont blame me when your guests dont feel full and appreciated after the party.
