Fantastic haircut! Rob was very detail-oriented with my hair. My hair gets very thick at times and needed a thinning. I usually gave up on asking other barbers because they either didnt know what I was talking about or they instead tell me the all too typical response, "It wouldnt make a difference." Well, it does make a difference. Makes my hair more manageable to put in a set style that I want. Rob knew what my hair needed right away without me even asking. Ill admit that it is a bit expensive for the area, but then again, where in New Jersey are things ever not expensive? Bottom line: If just want your hair cut for cheap and dont care what your hair looks like, this is not the place for you. But if youre looking for a haircut that youre happy with for a special occasion coming up such as a wedding, going away trip, etc. or are tired Of disappointing haircuts month after month, you should try High End.

Was referred to this shop by a coworker. I frequently need haircuts with work, and also with my reservist military duty. So dependability has always been paramount when I look for a barber. So, I walk inside and can already tell I will like the place. It is extremely professional. Barbers in button down shirts, greeting me at the door, they even have a check in area for walk ins. I had set up an appointment with Diego, made me feel right at home, and went straight to work. I asked for a medium fade. For fades, Diego always lathers the area after he cuts it, and provides a hot towel to avoid irritation. Something I never got from a barber. So it was a pleasant surprise to say the least. All in all, the haircut came out extremely well, he even cleaned up the eyebrows. Another plus is that all the appointments are booked online. Will return every 2-3 weeks for a cut. I recommend Diego.

Being new to the Morristown area, I had my reservations about visiting a barbershop at which I knew little about. It is rare for me to leave reviews but High End went above and beyond to deserve one. The service was immediate, and spectacular. If youre looking for a barbershop where the quality of experience is just as high as the quality of skill and craft you get, visit High End. Diego provided an exceptional cut and phenomenal hot towel shave, all the while delivering even more exceptional service; he welcomed me to the area and made it feel as if I was right at home. The prices are beyond reasonable for the level of hospitality you receive, and I would recommend this to anyone who looks for a great barbershop. I will be visiting High End for many years to come and hope many others do as well, they are a rare find and have an A+ in my book. Cheers, High End and thanks again.

SEEN THE REST, FOUND THE BEST....I was recently referred to Richie from a friend of mine thats been going to High End for many years. Im very picky with who cuts my hair and finding the right person that can nail it and exceed your expectations is rare. The Barbershop, Salon is conveniently located off the Green on 23 Market Street and Richie gave me an ultra sharp cut and was able to mirror what I was looking for and then some. Ive tried countless salons and popular barbershops in Morristown, Madison, Chatham and use to have a barber in NYC (went to for 8 + yrs) --- By far Richie cut me up the best to date. Nothing beats the peace of mind of knowing you have someone to go to that provides 1st class cut every time. Im there every 2-3 weeks. The price is competitive and lower than most local salons....Staff is great! Give them a try you wont be disappointed.

I called in expressing a concern that most barbershops have always pushed my concerns aside and given me a quick hair cut that was nothing like what I was looking for - and Gilbert said come on in and Ill take care of you. He was leaving to go home on a Sunday... And he stayed late just to cut my hair and he did an amazing job too. Ive moved several times in the past few years and each time i have the hardest time finding a barber and barber shop that wants to take the time to get to know you and give you a haircut you want (not a haircut they want to give you just so they can have the next customer sit). This place was phenomenal, GILBERT! He is definitely the man- treated me with so much respect. Despite not having ever left a review before, I had such a great experience that I was compelled to leave my opinion.

If you want to look and feel like a million dollars High End Barbershop is the place to go. Theres not too many people I trust with my hair, but Diego is truly an amazing barber. He is dynamic because he has a great personality, but also an unmatched eye for style. Diegos best ability is to take an idea you have for your hair and add his own style to the mix. He understands his clients through personable conversations and produces a product that is tailored to your personality. You will appreciate his attention to detail from the wash to the cut and even a fresh shave. Diego has been my barber for over five years and is by far, one of the best kept secrets Morristown has to offer. Better book your appointment quick. I had an appointment for 11:30, i was there 5 mins before my appointment. As was the case the first time I went to High End Barbershop, nobody aknowledged me when I walked in. After waiting 10 mins one of the stylists finally asked me if I had an appointment. When I told him I did, he said my stylist would be ready in a few minutes as she was finishing with another customer. 25 minutes after my appointment I watched my stylist chatting away with the wife of the gentleman whose hair she was cutting, never acknowledging that she was almost half an hour late for my appointment. I finally walked out as I no longer had time to stay for my appointment. This place had terrible customer service. Even if the services are good, theyre not professional. Stay away.

Due to an hour wait at Supercuts down the street, I decided to try "High End Barbershop" today. I walk in around 11AM and the guy tells me that theyre closed. I had never been at this place before so I initially believed him until he admitted he was joking. I then ask how much a typical haircut costs and he says $70. I thank him and say thats too much for me and begin to leave. Once again, he says hes joking and its $28 while the other barbers start to snicker. I get the lame joke but embarrassing your customers is not the greatest approach. Id rather not pay double price over a Supercuts haircut and be made a fool. Never going back.

high end barbershop wow what a feeling just walking in makes you feel welcome so clean and inviting . today i took my son to get a cut for his first day of school and let me tell you that the way the staff made us feel from the time we walked in to the time we walked out was so pleasant very professional but down to earth and my son was so happy that i got a cleaning of my own love the place and if you want to feel at home when you get a cut then this is the barbershop to go to i congratulate the owner for bringing back the old style
