A most pleasant experience during a difficult time! My father passed away in late April at the VA Home in Vineland. The team from Mt Laurel Home for Funerals was on site as soon as dad was readied by the home for release. David, Joe and John seamlessly helped us with the arrangements, making suggestions on how many people do things and perhaps some special things we could consider with dad having served in WWII and as a part of a Fire Police squad. They provided council on obituary content and placement. We did the visitation and burial in one day, with a luncheon that followed and the timing of the day could not have been better planned. My family really felt the personal attention we received from this family owned and operated business is a quality that separates them from the rest. We were so pleased, we made prearrangements for mom and will likely do the same for myself. I can be pretty critical when it comes to customer service, but Mt Laurel Home for Funerals gets my highest marks. Thank you David and staff!

What a week I was having, my boyfriends mom passed away 5 days before my birthday and my father passed 5 days after...this is how the "Daves" from Mt. Laurel Home for Funerals came into my life. My boyfriends moms funeral had all the bells and whistles and my father was cremated with a simple gravesite ceremony. In both incidences, each family was treated with respect, dignity and professionalism. My family went to another funeral home (to shop around) and was treated like a number with a checkbook. Dave Sr. treated us like he truly cared. Truthfully, setting up a funeral/cremation is never a pleasant experience but if and when I do, I will definitely use them again. Thank you Dave Sr. and your entire team!

We have used Mount Laurel Home for Funerals now for two different occasions, once for my brother and once for my father. You will never find a more compassionate and caring group of people to help with handling your loved ones final arrangements. David and his team were very sensitive to our needs from start to finish, and were always responsive and available to assist in any way that they could. At no point were we pressured or stressed by them in any way. Everything went as smooth as possible the day of the services. The funeral home itself has a respectful, serene, and well maintained setting. We would highly recommend using David to others in the future.

Mount Laurel Home for Funerals has a very professional, responsive staff. They returned my after-hours call within minutes, and immediately traveled over an hour to pick up my mother. They explained the funeral costs in a very clear manner and made me feel confident that all of the details of the arrangements would be taken care of. Our family had always used McChesney Funeral Home which closed right before my mothers funeral. MLHFF came highly recommended by people in our parish and I could not be more satisfied with our experience.

My Moms Wake was here in 2004. Wonderful atmosphere with venue and staffing. It was as my Mom would have wanted it..tears with laughter. Since then I have been to other services of family friends..Dave and his crew excel at extending that added comfort and calm during a stressful time. For the mourner who found it too warm, it may have been just right for others. I often recommend Mt Laurel Home for Funerals as the best place for a Wake.

I went there for a viewing and it was extremely hot in there. Then when we asked the funeral director if he could turn the air condtioning up he got extremely nasty and said "Dont tell me how to run my business" I was shocked. I would strongly advise against using this funeral home.
