This is only my 2nd review but Id be doing them a disservice if I didnt write one after receiving their awesome service for only fraction of the price. I recently moved to the area so I needed a new barber. Having googled this place with rave reviews I decided to check it out. Suffice it to say I wasnt disappointed despite the long wait (I did go there on a Friday before memorial day weekend so what else did I expect). One thing that stood out the most to me was their attention to detail, be it in the set up of the interior of their shop, or in giving a haircut. This does come at the disadvantage that it take a lot longer to get a haircut but end product more than justifies the extra time. Besides that, my barber (Mike) went above and beyond in recommending me some awesome products I didnt even know existed and giving me tips about my hair that I didnt even ask for (but I wish I had). Having been to places in all price ranges this place easily hold its own against some of the more expensive ones (bar the top-shelf liquor). Except that I had to pay well above 100 dollars at those places while they only charge 20. Having waited for a while before getting a hair I did notice all 3 of the barbers were immaculate in giving a haircut (and took equally long) and while Mike was awesome and super friendly Im sure the other 2 would be no different. In me, they have a repeat customer, and to any of my fellow cohorts who get equally jittery before walking into a new barbershop, Id say that theres nothing to worry as you will be equally impressed.

I am a frequent client at their other location in Little Falls but I stopped in this location to try it out because I was in the Bergen County area and I know that if it is City Looks, the quality of the haircut is going to be top notch no matter which location or barber I go to. This is their second location and let me tell you it is really nice! They kept the same City Look style with tile floors and brick walls and granite counter tops. The environement is so welcoming for guys of any age. I tried their hot towel shave and it was the best I ever had. Ive had a shave from other places for double the price and they werent nearly as good. The products that they use to moisterize my face were so great that I bought some to take home with me! Once again, City Looks has opened a barber shop that people will love for years to come!

I went to city looks about a month back now and have to say was really nervous about going to a new barber, Ive been going to one barber my entire life. After feeling like my previous barber was rushing and not taking his time with me I decided it was time for a change. Thats when I decided to check out City looks. I went to the Oradell location and was immediately impressed with how eye catching the place was. I got my haircut and hot towel shave done by Mike and I got everything I was looking for, not only in my haircut but also the way he took his time with me making sure every detail was perfect and that was exactly what I am looking for. Looking forward to many more visits to City looks and getting my haircut from Mike.

I missed my 9 am appointment at city looks so i was a "walk in". I then had to wait over an hour and told the person in charge I had to go and would try to make a appointment for another time. They made absolutely no attempt to apologize for this inconvenience. I now have to rush to a job looking terrible. I am so disappointed with this service because I have been going there for a few months now. I really enjoyed there attention to detail when it came to haircuts but I will never be going back. They showed that they have no customer service skills and treat you like garbage. This salon is perfect for great haircuts and being treated with no respect.

From the first day this shop opened City Looks has become a trusted place to receive top notch hair cuts for a fair price. The vibes in there are always cool and the guys in there are always smiling and having fun. Whether you got small kids or are looking for a good shop trust me this is it! Mike has been cutting my hair and beard since he started working there and I dont go to anyone else although they are all skilled barbers. Its just when it comes to the beard Mike is without question surgical when a razor is in his hand. This spot is money! Trust me you wont be disappointed.

I had gotten a single mens haircut priced at $18, and was helped by a guy named Rich who took his time and precisely cut my hair how I desired. The location is very clean and upscale and the barbers have all the tools needed for any customizations. If you are looking for a decently priced upscale barber joint, this is the place to go. I hope to try the all-scissor precision haircut the next time I visit City Looks!
