Im really disappointed that I even entertained the idea of working with Pine Hill. We brought them 8 images (already scanned at FedEx because they didnt have the equipment to scan anything larger than a legal-size document) and wanted to charge 1.5 hours of work to simply resize them. Impossible to get a final quote from (actually dont think I ever did), first quote was pretty reasonable, second quote was almost twice as much for the "design fee". Owner was rude and never composed an easily-decipherable email. Staff apparently doesnt communicate with each other because after I approved the business card design with the Art Director (who seemed very pleasant), received an email from the owner 3 days later in large, bold and italics (but not capitalized) "do you approve business card design?" Im sorry, I generally prefer working with small business, but I dont really want to trust someone to print my business materials when the person running the shop cant even compose a proper email. Youll have better luck somewhere else. We ended up going with Minuteman Press (who quoted same-day, one-third the price for better quality materials) and after a week of dealing with Pine Hill, have to have our order expedited by our deadline.

Amazing staff and amazing company. I have used Pine Hill Printing numerous times. The staff is wonderful. Super friendly and courteous. Ive never been disappointed from the work they provide. Very efficient team of people. My orders are always completed in a timely manner. Very professional staff. Very very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend this business. Best print shop around.
