My child has been with Roseland Child Development Center "RCDC" (aka CCLC) since he was 8 weeks old. Hes a little over 2 now. After much research on the neighboring child care centers, nothing came close to the professional service and motherly care RCDC continues to provide my toddler. Each morning my toddler looks forward to seeing his friends and his teachers. This is truly the place he can call home away from home and peace of mind for me to focus on work and not whether my toddler is getting the care he needs. The flexibility of the staff, the attention to detail, the communication with parent/child, etc. is outstanding. Ive always felt a priority. Never felt as if I didnt belong. Susan, the Directors open door policy and her quick resolutions are just one of many reasons I will always continue to go back to RCDC. Andreas, the assistant Director, is always helpful in all areas served with a warm smile. I truly look forward to returning to RCDC each day and miss their helping hands when we are not. As one parent put it, RCDC is the penthouse of all child care centers in the area. I absolutely agree! You just cant find better teachers anywhere else. It goes beyond just having the knowledge and experience with children but also the passion to love each one and be a people person. RCDCs teachers - or at least the ones Ive known to deal with my active "boy-boy" toddler (as one teacher happily described him to be) are just caring and professional as the ones in charge. My toddler has developed relationships that will last him a lifetime and that is priceless. Thank you RCDC for always caring and always putting parents and our children first! You are truly appreciated.

My son attends there and since he started going , he has progressed dramatically in all aspects . He had learnt a lot of things in such a short time . When our son started going , he didnt know any English because we deliberately talk to him in a different language at home ( our country language ) . Once he started going preschool there, he was able to talk perfect English in less than 6 months and knows a lot of vocabulary too . Thanks to his teachers who was very patient with him at the beginning and taught him everything . This school is not only great in academics but also in creativity and social aspects. Its an awesome place for education as well as fun . The teachers and staff are very caring , supportive and friendly. I also appreciate the extra activities they do for the family , like parents night out , where parents can get a chance to go out together once a month without kids. Isnt that awesome :) Also , they provide healthy food all over the day for the kids. So , I feel comfortable my son is eating healthy meals all over the day without having to worry about preparing food for him . Its working hours are very convenient to parents, which had made our family life easier . I would definitely highly recommend it.

We changed 2 schools before arriving at Roseland Child Development Center about a year ago and we could not be happier here. The school director Susan Kwasnik made all the difference for us. She went out her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable through this transition. My son is now enrolled in Pre-K 2 under Miss Kim and Miss Gabby and he truly loves his teachers and exited to go to school every morning, which is opposite to our experience with other Day cares. This change along made me a happy parent. The school hours are very long, they are open till 7 pm. Though I am able to pick him up around 6 pm, extended hours are very comforting. I work in the city and with traffic you just never know. The entire management is well organized. Everyone, who works here is very professional. Never ever I noticed even a hint of attitude from the staff. Also CCLC is very flexible for scheduling. Unlike other Day cares we attended, they let us take a couple months of vacations free of tuition and were accommodating enough to move my son on the weekly payment schedule when it was needed. We will be very sad to leave and will miss our day care and teachers a great deal when it’s time to move to a public school.

I would have given them more stars if I could! I have two kids (4 yr old and 2 yr old) and they have both been attending CCLC since they were babies. The school is great: the curriculum (both educational and fun), the caring teachers (whom both my girls love and also genuinely love my girls), the extracurricular offerings (sports, karate, dance, cooking to name a few), the list goes on and on. The school provides all food for the kids, which is a HUGE weight off my back, and the offerings are pretty healthy (always lots of fresh fruit and veggies every day)! My kids love it so much that my four year old gets mad if I pick her up early because she knows she will miss some really fun things going on in her class. The amount that both of my kids have learned at CCLC is really beyond anything that I could have imagined. My four year old has learned all of her letters (upper case and lower case), loves telling me about the new theme they have every week or two, and at least once a week I am surprised by something she has learned. When searching for a school I looked at about 8 of them in the area and this was the clear winner!

This is an Amazing School to bring your young child!! My son started the school at age 3 after being taken out of a different school. The staff worked so hard to meet the needs of my son. He has grown socially, emotionally and academically these past few years. The teachers there are so wonderful with each child in their class. He was even able to participate in many of their enrichment programs during the past few years as well. He loved the Funbus, Kids in Motion, and Karate to name just a few of their additional activities. The director Susan Kwasnick always listens to parents and made us feel a part of our sons education. She helped make drop off everyday fun for my son by getting him involved with activities in the center! He loves it there so much that it always takes us additional time to leave everyday because he is saying goodbye to all of his friends and teachers!! We are sad to leave this special school and his caring teachers now that it is time for public school. We highly recommend CCLC to all families with young children!

Our daughter has been attending Roseland Child Development Center since she was 3 months old. She is nearing 8 months now and is soaking up the structured lessons the center provides like a sponge. Calling the center a daycare is doing it a disservice, because no matter how young the child there is lesson for them. My daughter has begun to sharpen her motor skills, sit up, and eat solid foods more efficiently than many other children her ago thanks to her teachers Ms. Lisa and Ms. Sotoko. We are always greeted with a warm and sincere smile from the staff and I have never felt hesitant when leaving our child. One of the perks of sending your child to a school such as Roseland Child Development Center is "Date Night". The school keeps the kids until 10 pm! You can use that time to sleep in or catch a movie with your special somebody. I honestly am thrilled to have people I trust watching my most prized possession :)
