I want to say that this agency is a horrible, horrible agency and very unprofessional agency. I am talking about the aerotek in secaucus, NJ Unfortunately, many people will not know or come to identify with my experience with this agency. I am totally against the recruiters, the managers, and the director of this agency as all of them very very unprofessional, misleading, and unfortunate people to work with. I believe the majority of the recruiters are like this in this company. Not fully sure but very likely. One of the recruiters had a job for me that was very close to my hometown and I gave it a shot. However, the recruiter, could not stop calling me during regular business hours when I was at another job. The recruiter also made changes to my resume without asking for my permission. Before, during, and after the interview of this company, the recruiter was pushy and wanted me to send a thank you note right away, and kept calling me nonstop to say something or so when. His boss did the same thing. I remember sending the recruiter a message about being respectful of my time. He didnt listen and insisted anyway. The recruiter appeared to have no sense of judgment or may just have no common sense on his part. I felt this was all harassment. The company (aeroteks client) eventually hired me the same exact day I had the interview. It was all weird to me as it sounded very desperate. The constant phone calls from the recruiter, asking to send the thank you right away after the interview, and his boss calling me right after telling me congratulations. After coming in on my first day, the manager and trainer were snobbish and came off too strong. The trainer, specifically was very standoffish and a very bad trainer. The manager and 80 percent of her employees cursed like if it was nothing. The recruiter would call and mention about every little fault I made and remarks from the company and even mentioned defamatory remarks to me because of the companys minor complaints against me. I complained about all of this to the director (He was probably the CEO) of the aerotek company. Though he appeared to understand what I was saying to him, wanted to resolve the issue, and didnt approve how the recruiter and his manager handled stuff, I felt he still took the companys side because of what the client mentioned to him about me. It was about the minor faults I had but faults that did not hurt the company but only made the manager and trainer uncomfortable. They never confronted me about but only told the recruiter and his manager and the director. There is always a solution to every problem and the way they went about it was very bad and not addressed in the right way. They are all very bad people and this agency is not there to help you but to find faults with you and control you as well as the companies they work for. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, demeaning people. I would not recommend this agency to anyone but would recommend it only to my worst enemy. You will probably be surprised to know all of this as this is only one persons experience but perhaps the aeroteks in other states and in other areas in new jersey are probably better as I hope, but it is only this one, in secaucus that is messed up.

I just wanted to first and foremost extended to Areotek my sincerest gratitude for all the ongoing help on my job search quest that Nikos, Maggie and Rafael have gracefully provided for me. It has been a long, winding road, but I can finally say without a shred of doubt in my mind that through their hard work and dedication they were finally able to place me in the perfect company with the job description best tailored to my knowledge, skill set and overall experiences as a seasoned industrial electro-mechanic. Although our relationship has always been all business, these outstanding individuals have gone beyond the scope of their job description by treating me with the same courtesy and respect that one would treat a friend family member in need without so much as batting an eye. Nikos, Maggie and Rafael are not just stellar recruiters, but a complete package as well; well articulate, sharp, efficient as well as empathetic to ones needs, interests, situations and dilemmas that affect the job search process. I am very content, completely proud and satisfied with the outstanding way they have taken care of me and I strongly believe that anyone of their colleagues should be as well. I hope these awesome recruiters receive a promotion or compensation of some sorts for their hard work; keep up the good work guys!

Aerotek es una de la agencia de trabajo más serias y profesionales con las que he trabajado. El personal es muy profesional, pero sobretodo hay un compromiso de ellos con sus clientes; te preguntan cuáles son tus objetivos y en base a esos objetivos empiezan a trabajar y no paran hasta encontrar la mejor posición que satisfaga las expectativas de su clientes. I recently had a very successful experience with Aerotek (Secaucus office). Ashley Clarke contacted me about an exceptional job opportunity that she found, the description of this position sounded like an excellent fit for me. She went over all of the details, making sure that I was comfortable and confident with every aspect of it. She was very patient while I was probably one of her more difficult candidates, second guessing myself on making this career move. She insisted that I research the position and the company to ensure that I had what I needed to make this decision and pursue this job. Through mock interviews, she helped me prepare, giving me some excellent interview tips and advice which will help me on even day to day interactions. Other staff members were also very helpful with advice, direction, meeting me at the interview site to introduce me and they even brought copies of my resume. I remember about 2 weeks ago when I got a phone call from Christal P about a job opportunity, when she told me she was from a recruiting agency, I thought it was a waste since I havent been lucky with agencies. But I was so wrong, Aston Carters service is awesome. They are very professional, I worked with Christal and Brendan and they were excellent, personable and caring. In a week, they helped me get a wonderful job with a great company. I appreciate all the service that I received and is very please. When they send you to their client they make sure you are ready and help you all the way. Christal P is very professional, and prep me for my interview which was very nice. And Brendan meet me at the place, provide the resume in a nice folder and introduced me to the interviewer, that was awesome because I didnt expect this wonderful gesture. It helped me to not be stressed in my interview. Im beyond impressed with the service that I received from both Christal P and Brendan, I would definitely suggest Aston Carter to any job seekers. These guys are excellent and you wont regret it. Thanks again!
