If I could put zero stars I would but one is the lowest. Fake advertising. Even if I get a free membership I wouldnt go to this gym. I went a few days ago to enroll and i was missing my bank info. So girl on the register told me to work out and then when ever I came back with a good deal. When I went back yesterday I met Tricia and as I was giving her my info she was very nasty. Her attitude very rude. I dont know how planet fitness could hire such a nasty person. I explained to her what the girl from the register offered my friend and I. My friend got the membership with the same deal I was offered the other day. Tricia with an attitude told me I had to pay a $39 enrollment fee plus my first month when the day before that I was offered 0 enrollment fee just the first month. I went to retro fitness and they offered me a better deal both me and my friend will be taking our business at retro because they are more honest and dont have nasty, rude people like Tricia. Her atittude was rude and having the gym run by this individual is probably the biggest mistake.

The website allowed me to sign up with a prepaid card. Never got an email to say that couldnt accept this form of card.. So i go in to go work out and they told me i had payments owed. So i paid in cash. Then they tell me i still cant work out because they dont accept my card and i dont have another one. So i told them to cancel my account and give me my $50 back for the fees i just paid as i havnt been there since i signed up and i paid them thinking id be ok to assume my membership after i paid. The man at the counter was rude and arrogant. I dont understand ehy i was never informed!!!!!!

Me and My wife were displaced by a shady landlord and now we live in the car while we work to get back on our feet. The work out keeps our spirits high and stave off the depression. I work most days 9am to 10pm and she works all hours the ability to go in work out take a refreshing shower and sit with the wifi. I thank the Planet Fitness for there very friendly staff clean environment fair prices and 24hr availability.

Any time Ive been to this location the mens locker room has had the worst stench. Its been basically empty when Ive been in there, and it still smells like the most unpleasant, gag worthy body smells. Not B.O or your normal sweaty smells... Something nauseatingly worse. Theres no way that this locker room is clean. It reeks!

The gym is very good. They have all the required weight machines. However, many times people just occupy the bar machines (they have 4 bar machines) and either doing Dumbels workout on it or sits idle watching phones. This is not good and people who really needs have to just wait until they finished.

I like the gym but I was charged after I paid my sign up immediately 21$ which isnt wrong but I didnt have the funds on my account which is why I paid in cash initially now Im trying to call them and they will not answer the phone and Ive called over 10 times this is not good customer service !!!

They have completely over booked this gym. Everything has a wait and no one puts away their weights. Plus only about half of the members wear deodorant. Not really their fault but it makes the experience that much worse. Pay the extra $10 and go somewhere better.

Every time I tried to sign up for their special when u heard it on the radio they say oh it ended the day before l heard it advertise on the radio they said they did it the day before and ended it the day before its advertise on the radio that it so crazy

Gym is great but the locker rooms are very unsanitary. The mens locker room smells like it hasnt been cleaned in a while and air fresheners are just used to clear up the scent. The urinal area is even worst. Cleanliness should be a part of the gym.

This planet fitness has all the basics that you want just they need to maintain their equipment better many treadmills have issues and the some machine need bolts tightened i seen .My message to the owner is dont be cheap on repairs

I love this place!! I find myself getting up at 4;45 am to be there by 5:30 and im retired. After joining here; another gym is out of the question. There is no sauna; however the aqua bed and massage chair makes up for it.

Just another gym. Its really difficult to have them cancel your membership. Oh, and by the way, never pay your dues through your checking account. What a hassle to stop that from automatically withdrawing.

The womens locker room isnt very clean. And any time I call to ask about something with my membership the phone will just ring then it goes to a voicemail that is already full so you cant leave a message.

Sorry,barely any free weights,no Squat cages or benches. This to me isnt considered a real gym,they say judge free zone yet they judge "meat heads" plus they serve candy for free on the front!!!

The ladys locker room was not clean. I told staff that bathroom was not clean and I wanted to take an shower. She said that I can use the spray bottle thats around and sanitize it myself

Excellent place to exercise and get a mechanical massage. This gym has a lot of equipment, and for the monthly membership fee, its perfect for the average person and the workout freaks.

I go for the Gym Its so far the best I like I travel a lot and I find unlimited access to all branches (they have a lot ) their best feature, and many branches being open 24h

Just 9.99$ per month. No contract, well maintained, Free WiFi, adequate equipments and 24*7 open what else is needed??. I love this place. Great value for money

Bang for its buck. Good infrastructure. Lot of work out machines. Mens locker room was clean and maintained. At $10 a month its value place

Evenings can be busy. Even in mornings usually parking is not available nearby. But overall a very good and clean gym. Very friendly staff.

There are plenty of exercise machines. In evening time it is crowded and may have to wait for some exercise machines. Staff is okay.
