Worst customer service ever by owner! Rude! Not really a person to write posts but i was so taken back by the rudeness of the owner of this place. I got my hair done about a week ago and PRIOR to getting my hair highlighted and cut the week after from my own hair salon...my extensions were already begining to come loose. I contacted the lady at the salon through fb message (how ive been talking to her ever since making my appointment) i explained to her that i thought it was weird that after a few days, the tracks were becoming loose. i thought that the girl who did my hair, did a good job but they werent as tight as how i had them 2 other times before done by 2 other places. After the girl was done doing my hair, i liked how it felt...not tight but since im going on vacation in another week, i guess i needed them tighter. I still tipped her more than 20%. I NEVER once said she did a terrible job! I chose this salon because it was CLOSER to where i live and reasonably PRICED. Bottom line is, the owner denied me about fixing the loose tracks because she was blaming it on my salon who dyed my hair...that they may have been rough with my hair....so theyre not going be responsible for my hair now because they dont know how it was handled after. They were loose before my other hair appointment. She told me to go back to where i got my hair done before. I was annoyed because a great salon wouldve helped out with the issue regardless. Instead i was being accoused of complaining that the girl who did my hair did a poor job, which wasnt the case. Ive just NEVER had problems getting my extensions put in and getting my hair highlighted at my own salon after and theyve become loose right away! Would definitely NOT reccomend this salon!

Always Excellent Service! Ive been coming to this shop for three years to get Box Braids and Twists. I am always satisfied with my hair and the customer service. Islande and Sonata always tag team my hair to get it done fast. Additionally, they really care about my scalp and natural hair. They are careful to protect my edges and always supply me with natural remedies to help with any scalp issues I might be having. I never have a problem getting a fast appointment. The shop is clean and colorful. I would highly recommend this shop!

Melinda is great at hair braiding. Ask for her there is another lady in there very rude no customer service skills whatsoever...... She brings her son to eork and the whole time they are both complaining and annoying not a great experience.

First time getting my hair braided and Sanata did an amazing job ! My Senegalese twists are perfect . And she is so gentle. I will definitely be using this salon again .
