My wife and I have recently started bringing our cars to A & B after using the same mechanic for over 15 years. We moved into the area and had been bringing our cars to our previous mechanic over 20 miles away for the peace of mind we had using them. Needless to say after our experience with Bob and his team we will using A&B going forward. This is not a knock on our old shop, just a vote of confidence for Bob and the guys working in his shop. Bob is very responsive and quick to get you a quote on what needs to be done. Ive had our Chrysler T&C in twice for separate items in the past month (both repairs identified by Bob during first visit; multiple trips for personal reasons) and will be bringing our other car in shortly. If you want quality work with peace of mind A&B is the place I recommend.

I took my car here based on all the reviews and was not disappointed. The mechanic was very down to earth, he explained everything well and did not try to overcharge or sell me anything unnecessary. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday after hours and it was ready the next day. He did point out a few other things that were wrong with the car but was honest and said that it was not absolutely necessary to get those things fixed if I just wanted to save money and keep the car running. I feel like other places would have told me that those other things needed to be fixed and wouldnt have explained it as thoroughly. All in all, I was very happy with the experience and would definitely take my car here again.

His service is Excellent, he is a Great Mechanic. Any and all work is done with the utmost care and precision. Bob will keep you informed of what is Necessary to keep your vehicle running smoothly. His Services are above Reasonable in Cost. I have Always been Satisfied with the quality of the repairs that Bob has done for me. You need to remember you can get good customer service anywhere, its the GREAT car care and customer care that you received is outstanding and the prices are GREAT!!! . You will even get to know who the owner is, Bob. He also works on the cars. He will make sure you understand what needs to be done now and what can wait if youre tight on money (and we all are). I have recommended them to my entire family and I had both my kids cars fixed there. Honest, trusting people at A & B. Be sure you tell them you read the reviews and Diane D. sent you!

Excellent service! My car was acting up. Id never been to A&B before, but went because of the excellent reviews. I was not let down! From the moment I walked in Thursday night, Bob was attentive. I was in & out in minutes. By Friday morning he told me the brakes were shot. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, and the price was reasonable. By Friday afternoon everything was fixed. Now the car drives like new. You cant ask for better! I will be a returning customer (though hopefully not too frequently : )

Got an oil change there and planning on getting ball joints replaced there too. It has a "real" feeling to the place. It feels like genuine people and it seems like, if I was to start a shop, it would look like this. Nothing flashy, just genuine people and service. Gave me a big list of what needed to be looked at, then another list of what is dangerous to go without. Showed me the advantages of any work that needed to be done and that breakdown and checkup wasnt anything extra. I recommend A & B Automotive.

I had my car towed to A & B on family recommendation. Bob informed me that my frame had detached from my vehicle!! (Can you imagine??) Bob took it upon himself to do some research, contact a Hyundai dealer and found that my car was under a recall from 2009. He suggested that I have it towed there and have them fix it for free! What a GREAT GUY!!! I cannot recommend A & B Automotive highly enough. If I could give it higher than five stars, I would!! :)

Finally!!! A mechanic who can actually fix a car...I only knew this man "Bob" as a skydiver from weekend adventures. It turns out he is a very talented automobile mechanic as well. My family and I are pleased to have our cars serviced and repaired by Bob for the last 5 years. And now I know why he doesnt go sky diving during the week - hes fixing cars and doing a great job at it. Thanks for all of the excellent work over the years Bob! W

Bob is very fair and his team is very well trained. Charlotte at the front desk is also very knowledgeable in cars so she has that ability to explain exactly what your car is going thru, and each step on how it will be fixed which is very helpful to pp who know nothing about cars. Always feel comfortable leaving my car there bc I know Im getting professional care at fair prices! Thank you Team for keeping my car on the road!

I had a great experience from start to finish. The estimate was right on point and they didnt try to pressure me into buying extra services. They also documented the repair/inspection process by sending pictures. Any issue that they found was prioritized in a list for me for future attention. Charlotte was extremely helpful and walked me through every issue with the car personally. Would definitely recommend!

Im a first time customer of A&B Automotive and Ive found them to be friendly, honest,knowledgeable and reasonable from a cost perspective. My vehicle had a carbon build-up problem and the dealer recommended a new head at a cost of approximately $4,000. A&B suggested an internal engine clean out for less than $200. The clean out worked, thus saving me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend A&B Automotive.

I have been going to a&b since we move to hamilton about 13 years ago. Knowing that I have a mechanic I can trust and know is a great mechanic is a must. There are so many people out there just wanting to rip you off and I know that Bob is a guy I can trust to do all he can to fix our cars fast and for a fair price and to only what needs to be done.
