My least favorite agency to work with. I went into the Hamilton office and was told there were positions available. I completed the application/drug screening process and then was told that I would not be able complete orientation in time for the new positions to be available but to call every day. Why is there no database that notifies employees when there is a position available? I called every day, then 3 times a week. Finally, after 2 months and 3 days, they have the part time position available that I was seeking. But guess what? My application is expired. No one told me this could or would even happen! So now, I am told to go back to the office, which is not close to me by the way, complete this entire process over and hope that the position will still be available. Spoke with Andrew from the corporate office in Delaware, who was very removed and unhelpful. Your business is job placement... might want to actually help place people!

I applied with this company, i took the drug TWICE...first test inconclusive, second test they said I tried to sabotage it by using mouthwash, therefore my chance of employment was now out the window. I eventually got hired by the security company at the site (Amazon). Integrity had me listed as an terminated employee (I NEVER GOT HIRED BY THEM) which was affecting me getting my access badge for my new job. I spoke to another representative for integrity about the situation, this rep decides to leave me at her desk & go to one of my fellow security officers & tells them that I tried to sabotage my drug test & that they should retest me (I didnt have to take one for the security company). Be Careful with this company !!!!!

These people are so unprofessional my son went through them for amazon its the end of the year and no one has gotten in touch with him to let him know if he still has a job or not he tried to sign in on their website and he cant log in. So he called and they told him they would send a link to reset to his email they never did. So is this their way of say he no longer has a job? Really unprofessional like I said. I can only imagine the other bullshit they be doing to people. Want to work at Amaon go straight to Amazon dont deal with these people and not only for amazon for any other warehouse job they offering.

Was asked for I.D. gave them a social security card and a military I.D. and was turned away because the woman working the front desk didnt understand what it was even after an explanation.

Ill give them 4 stars as i did apply direct w amazon and it took 5 months but i finally got the job. And the hiring event was held here and they were very friendly and helpful.
