Were treated like family The quality of service at Jon Miller Car Care Center epitomizes what customer service should be in this industry.Their service exceeds the quality of service that I received from the Toyota Dealer where I purchased my vehicle. As a car owner we often believe that we must have our vehicle serviced by the dealership from which we purchased the vehicle. Fortunately this isnt always true and can be a very costly mistake. John Miller Car Care Center not only provides a service which protects the car warranty but also ensures that the quality of service does not cause a financial hardship for the consumer. Hi, I drove from Baltimore, Maryland to have Jon Miller replace the engine in my 1988 Pontiac Fiero. He quoted me a fair price, I accepted and he went work. The work was completed to my satisfaction, within budget and in time for me to make my yearly pilgrimage to Watkins Glen for opening day at the track. Jon, his Dad and the Staff were great.
