Let s start off with me saying I am a licensed Esthetician and have had my share of massages in my life but Utopia was a new experience for me. I loved everything about this place. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and couldn’t wait to use it. The first time I went was a few weeks ago and it was for a Swedish massage. It was fantastic with Liz. The spa is in a beautiful old home that reminds me of a Victorian bed and breakfast. Liz took me on a full tour of the entire spa and showed me all of the rooms. Today I went for a Swedish massage and had Christina S. I have never received a better massage in my life! She started with a brief pleasant introduction to all of the massages and I did not feel any pressure to upgrade although I did lol. I chose the integrated massage and let me tell you. From start to finish, head to toe, it was the most beautiful massage I have ever felt. She had the perfect pressure and touch the entire massage. I noticed even the slightest things she did that made it extraordinary. from the gentle touches between transitions and the hot towel she used to remove excess lotion she covered with the blankets as she wiped so I would stay warm and toasty. the head/ face massage was awesome. I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome this was that I had to come home and post it so others can enjoy this place as much as I did. At the end of the massage she offered me the shower room and started the shower for me with fluffy fresh towels waiting and then left cut up fruit in the relaxation area. I felt so cared for, so special, and like I was at home. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone and can’t wait to go back. Best experience overall!

Yesterday was my first visit to Utopia salon. I went in with my long curly hair a matted mess. It needed some major help. When I went into the salon I was immediately greeted by the front desk. I was offered beverages and snacks. Everyone in the salon that passed me smiled and was very friendly. The salon is also nicely decorated and a high end but still accessible feel to it. For my hair cut I was matched with Cindy. She was already working on a client but was able to fit me in. She was extremely nice and when she was look at my poor, matted hair she was not judgemental although I was embarrassed. I showed her the look I wanted and she was able to explain that she could do something close but not exact due to my hair texture. She offered me a similar cut that worked better with my natural hair type that would be easier for me to maintain. She was extremely pleasant the entire cut she did not force small talk but was still engaging. As she cut and styled my hair she showed me easy ways I can do it at home and showed me how it would look if I just wanted to wash it, throw in some product and go. Which I really appreciate. When the cut and style was over it was shocking for me. My hair so short but I loved it. She did tell me she wanted me to get use to the big change for a few days and if I wanted a little bit more cut off in the next week or so to call and she would be happy to do it. No hair stylist has ever done that! Before I left I talked to her about the hair color I would like to have and made an appointment to see her within the next month. It was a great experience and Im so happy I chose utopia. And Im so glad I was matched with Cindy!

Im usually a person who holds back my feelings, but this time I have to express them. Went in for a haircut and instead of scheduling me for my time on Saturday when I went in, theyou scheduled it for the day prior. Didnt have anyone to cut my hair and asked ifor I old come back in 45 minutes. When Cindy cut my hair I told her at least 2 times how I wanted the length. When she was getting close to "finishing" the length wasnt any where near what I asked, so I politely asked her to cut it shorter all the way up the sides. She told me to "tell her exactly what I wanted because her next appointment was there and she didnt have time." So I told her again, she trimmed up only slightly more above the ear and not all the way up the side like I asked, took the cloth off, and that was the end of my hair cut apparently. So now, this is the end of my relationship with Utopia. Its a shame, for the most part the rest of the salon is decent. Id expect that kind of service at a salon in Walmart, but not from here.

Everyone is so nice, friendly but most important, they know what they’re doing. Tara does a great job and listens so well to what you want done. Color looks great, haircut as well. They offer recommendations for products but don’t force them on you. I’ve been to so many places you were just a body in a chair, no attention to what you asked to have done. Also so many places just want to sell you product and can be really pushy about it. At utopia they seem to care about you being pleased with the results, know how to care for your cut or color and make you feel relaxed during the appointment. Little details like offering coffee or water or a cookie make it all so pleasant. I’ve also had great massages and mani/pedis there in the past. Highly recommend them!

I love this salon. You are greeted the minute you walk in the door. The person performing your service is notified right away that you are there. It is reported back to you that your service person will be right there to get you. I have never had to wait more than a minute. You are offered coffee, tea, chilled water, etc. The salon is very clean and well kept. It has a wonderfully calming atmosphere. The staff is professional and fun. Ive never had a poor service. I so look forward to going there. Its my treat to myself. Treat yourself....you wont be sorry.

My husband and I go every 6 weeks to get massages. I get the deep tissue and he gets the Swedish.....really great!!! We are getting to know the therapists since we go regularly, but we focus on fitting our schedule more than the therapists schedule, so we have had many different therapists. My point is that we have never had a bad massage. In order to be a therapist at Utopia, you have to be good, so you just cant go wrong. Utopia has wonderful customer service and looks great after the recent remodeling, too.

Highly pleasing atmosphere ...beautifully decorated. ..I only get waxing done here but its the best Brazilian in Cumberland County. .Renee Bowman is the queen of waxing. She really makes it a pleasing atmosphere and fun thats awesome considering your getting all your pubic hair ripped out by the roots. I have had my hair done for my wedding here that was awesome too..but its pricey here so if your on a budget be careful. I still love it here
