This staff at this place normally does a great job at giving haircuts and thats why I always come back. Affordable, skilled barbers, and a good atmosphere makes Headquarterz my go-to place. However, I had a not so good experience at my last visit where my hair was cut by a lady that I did not catch the name of. After booking my appointment for 3:00, I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get my actual haircut, despite being on time. On top of that she seemed to take her time with the previous clients hair, and when it came my turn, she rushed my cut. Within 10 minutes, my haircut was done and it was not even close to the amount of detail that the other staff usually puts into their work. Not sure if she was having a bad day or w/e, but to get a rushed cut after waiting patiently for nearly 30 minutes over for my appointment was insulting. Im willing to give this place another go, but I will specify who I want cutting my hair from now on.

This place is run like a basement barbershop. Made an appointment for 5, and at 5:30 I decided to ask whether I was next or not. The barber I made the appointment with said that I was next, so I waited. At 5:45 one of his friends walks in, and the barber comes over to me and says that he needs to take his "boy" before me. I just left. They wasted my time by not honoring their appointment. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened as Ive heard worse stories from friends that have tried out this place as well. There are better options out there with better barbers. Avoid this place at all costs.

Always on-time, always great cuts. LOVE THIS SHOP!!! Great environment for kids, especially for their first real cut. Ive been coming here for almost 9 years and now my sons get their haircuts here too. Highly recommended!!!
