I have been to different daycare centers in Westchester and this was my number 2 center. NOT number 1, but it was a great number 2 choice. The teachers are great, the receptionist is friendly and polite, the management was great but starting last year, I cant even say this is in the top 10. The change? The new director. The teachers and receptionist are still great but unfortunately the management has changed. The operation of the staffing has not been as good as it was. There was a week that you have no idea who the teacher was in the classroom and nobody explains to you what is going on and who is taking care of your child that day. The director never once acknowledged my child like other directors do. She should not be working around kids. She has this look like she is pained to be around kids noise. It is so sad that TImberridge is going downhill because this was a gem before.

All 3 of my children have been at TimberRidge, wonderful, caring teachers and also very expensive. I know you cant put a dollar amount on your childs safety but the rates are high. That said, my oldest daughter was there for 4 years, middle child was there for 2 years and my baby has been there since 12 weeks. I never worry about my kids and the teachers and staff are wonderful!

I never worry about my son while he is in school. I cant say enough about the teachers, they really are amazing. And, the facility is beautiful, warm and a pleasure to be in. The education and manners my son has received in such a short time is amazing.

The best, our son goes there, better than any other child care center in Westchester. The care and experience of the staff is the key differentiation and the facilities are so cute to boot!
