Ive been going to Laundry King for about a year now, and Ive never had a problem. The place is clean, the machines get the job done, the prices arent TOO unreasonable, and generally the people who frequent there are friendly, and not often bothersome. Its not the staffs job to be hospitable--theyre there only to fix whatever us stupid customers break, to help the ones who dont speak English when it comes to the moneycard machine, and to sell soap/dryer sheets. Its a laundromat, not a salon. Go somewhere else to relieve your stress--its not their job.

I always used to bring in my clothes to dry clean here. I brought in 12 items last week and one of my cashmere sweaters was returned with a big hole in the neck area. This is a $150 sweater so I took it back (with their tag still on it) to see if they can compensate somehow (maybe a store credit for future dry cleaning). They refuse to take any responsibility for the damage, furthermore they asked me to pay them $5 for them to sow it up. This is not how you treat clients. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere:-)

Even though, the Laundry King its self is extremely good service, its staff is the worse I had ever met. The so called manager, Mahmud, as he presented himself, is very rude, not welcoming, not helping and instead calls names, and says very unpleasant things to the clients. I am very upset with the service, and now have to look for another laundromat, in order to escape the unwanted behavior from places, which are supposed to be stress free. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF!!!

I have been doing laundry here for many years and have never experienced a serious problem. The staff is uniformly helpful; at my request, they even turn down the TV volume when I find it too loud. If there is any sort of problem, such as your putting money into a non-working machine, staff will refund your money by paying for the operation of another machine.

I went tonight for washing, two dryers were smoking!! ... and after I used my dryer, All my clothes smelled burning and gasoline. Thanks God it wasnt burned ... No vacuuming neither professional agents ... If there is zero star I would put. I dont recommend that place.

Great place! I go there for their drop off service and Ive been very happy! They separate all of my clothes and plastic wrap my clean clothes before putting back in my laundry bag! The staff is very friendly. Cant say enough good things about them

So many out if order machines. I hate that you get stuck with laundromats cards with nonrefundable balance left on them.

Do not go there for dry cleaning! They ruined my garment and didnt give a refund. The customer service is awful!
