The director of our practice needed to get the IT infrastructure setup for a new office in short time. I contacted Lock and Tech regarding the installation/wiring for a new phone/intercom system, 2 door boxes, 10 data jacks, patch panel, Ethernet switch, electric door strike and new deadbolt. As soon as Vinny got on the phone I was impressed with his professional demeanor. He assured me this was something they could accomplish and within the time frame required. He said Igor would get back to me to arrange a time/date to survey the space. Igor got back to me in less than an hour and we scheduled a date. When Igor arrived, he asked all the pertinent questions, quickly grasping the scope of the job. Straight away I could tell this guy was on the ball, down to earth and was not about to upsell me an unnecessary complex system. When he left I felt confident that he understood what we needed and how best to accomplish it. Later that day Vinny sent me a proposal; the price was very competitive. Lock and Tech even re-arranged their schedule to accommodate our installation the following week (actually it was less than a week). On the day of installation, four guys came and, like a skillfully choreographed dance routine, laid out the plans for the wiring, etc. and begin the installation. Because the space did not have dropped ceilings nor open walls, everything had to be concealed with wire molding. We were particularly concerned re: aesthetics, but when the job was finished we were very pleased with how great it looked. To limit conspicuous wire mold, wherever possible, they fished the wiring thru walls. The gentlemen were very courteous and their work was precise and neat. We had received estimates from several other companies but only one other claimed they could perform the entire job; some said they could do the intercom, but not the phones, others said they could do the wiring but not the locks/electric strike (I would have to hire a separate locksmith). When Lock and Tech said they could do everything I was a bit concerned that perhaps they were just another “Jack of all trades, master of none,” but boy, watching these guys work allayed any concerns; they demonstrated to be masters at all of their work. There was a discrepancy in the number of data jacks that were supposed to be installed, partially an error on my behalf and partially Lock & Tech’s. Either way, all was worked out in the end. Unfortunately the phone system could not be fully tested on the day of installation b/c the cable modem was defective. The following week Cablevision came to replace the modem, but even after the replacement, the phone system was not working. I called Igor and he said he would come to fix it that day. In LESS than 2 hours, Igor was at the door and had us up and running within 15 minutes. Throughout the entire process communication with both Igor and Vinny was excellent. We always felt like our job was given top priority. When I had questions regarding the job or equipment specs, they replied promptly to both my texts and emails. Obviously our experience with Lock and Tech was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

Being in the real estate business over 30 years I have seen many try to pass themselves off as tradesmen, claiming great knowledge, experience, reliability and customer service. One of my life mottos is ..... "better well done then well said" To often it is all just sales talk, and no actions in the end to back it all up. I was referred to Lock and Tech USA by someone in the real estate industry I trusted, and who had prior experience with the company. I was first met by Gabriel who came to my property to ask me what my need were. Gabriel spent a good amount of time walking the property with me inch by inch so he later could best advise me on the best options Lock and Tech could provide. That evening I received a detail outline for different options to meet my needs at various levels of price points. Gabriel later spent time with me on the phone explaining each options pluss and minuss. Together we decided on a solution that was both efficient and with in my budget. The job entailed all aspect of my security and information system needs. At installation time his team arrived with a no nonsense attitude and methodically began wiring my dual winged 5 story building. The installers came prepared with tools and material to tackle any type of wiring obstacle, ensuring not a moment of time would be wasted and their would be no project delays. The Lock and Tech installers were professional, clean and courteous, but most importantly, they were knowledgeable in all areas of the mechanical and technological installation. Throughout the install I was informed of every option, and given the opportunity to customize my installation even further to meet my personal preferences. If there was even a hint that a piece of equipment may not have an option I would find convenient, I promptly received a call from Gabriel addressing my concern. It wasnt long after, that a solutions was offered to me in either an equipment exchange or upgrade option. By the time the multi day installation was complete, I had not a single need or question left unanswered. I was confident in the use and operation of everything installed. In real estate you have many projects that you know are going to be headaches. Parts missing, faulty equipment, unprofessional laborers etc. I thought this building security and information system project was going to be one of them. I was so wrong. This project turned out to be one of my most rewarding and satisfying projects because of how efficiently it ran and how it surpassed my demanding exceptions. I am already planning out my next few and even more ambitious projects with Lock and Tech at some of my larger properties. Thanks Lock and Tech USA....... for a job "well done". Disappointing to be honest. It seems like the workers are good and knowledgeable. Dont have many English speaking employees except for the one tech i met Erin or Erick(if you are reading this I apologize for the name if I got I wrong, but you were an awesome worker and hope that you will keep the appointment that i have made for you to come complete the thermostat and electrical panel install on saturday. please have the office call me and confirm.) and the customer service reps they have on the phone. There is a Man Vinny who seems respectable and very interested in my project. Then you have the guy Edan("you know, like the garden of edan" as he says smh.) Im sorry but this guy and his partner Igor are fast talking scammers. First to this garden of edan guy... I dont like being interrupted constantly just to tell me that you will take care of it. I do not like being yesd to death with out you even hearing what i have to say. and you come here with someone you say is one of your foreman just because he has a tester in his hand? He didnt even test anything! your prices came out to triple the prices of my other quotes which is why i only gave some of my work to you, and decided to do the rest myself. And another thing!( my apologies for the rant) I dont care about your truck. yes its nice, and yes i noticed it from far away with your big lock and tech logo on it. its not that serious. every five min. "you seen my truck right?" "its nice right" "its professional right?" "you dont see many companies roll up like this right?" a little annoying no? You sent a guy here for my AIPhone, his name was Yarsolv or similar. (sorry to you as well if I butchered names) Guy was great. quick and clean. The guy Eric was with him as well. great team work, and Eric was the communicator since I suspect he spoke the better English. The guy Igor was arrogant and rude. I dont know, I think you guys should have an age requirement for who you let deal with customers both Edan and Igor both have young attitudes, or maybe thats just me. I chose you because of the reviews, but as i read more it just seems like your friends wrote these so i dont know. But in the end, the two workers were good, one a little more knowledge in the power area than the other but both very efficient. The customer service is good as long as you speak to Vinny or the young lady that they have on the phones. The owners Igor and Edan not my fav. after this last install saturday i probably will work with another outfit. That is, unless I can freelance hire Eric or Yarslov if they are reading this ;)
