Great place to get an amazing haircut. They seem to focus mostly on classic mens hairstyles, though I have seen some more creative styles, too. Mark is the man, and hes super flexible and dynamic as a barber, showing mastery of his technique enriched by his expansive knowledge of the industry and of other barbers around the world and their work. The shop itself is modern with a great vintage vibe, comfortable, and welcoming. Good prices for quality work.

The guys were kinda standoffish, rushed right through the haircut, and did a terrible job. I had to go to another local spot a few days later to fix the mess on my head. The girl was shocked that a "professional" had done such a shoddy job. Basic stuff was all wrong, and it aint your good old barbershop prices....

Super solid shop. Everyones chill, prices are fine for what youre getting (its 2015 Brooklyn..). Anyone complaining about standoffish staff, too hipster, etc, its pretty likely the issue is with you, not Stepping Razor. Its Bushwick, go to a chain in the city if you want a cookie cutter experience.

Great cuts from great guys. Let them know what you want to get done and theyll do it. Or, want some suggestions on what to do with those locks of hair, they got you covered.
