Worst barber experience ever. When I walked in, the owner and another barber were sleeping in their chairs. The owner didnt seem pleased at all that I was interrupting his nap. The owner, who also cut my hair barely engaged me at all. All he said to me the whole time was "How short you want it?" and "Which way do you comb it?" No "Hello, how are you?" Nothing. He was talking on his phone with one hand and buzzing me with the other. He then got a text message and proceeded to sit down and text for the next 15 minutes and just left me sitting in the chair. When he was done cutting my hair, he never asked me if it was ok or anything. He took the cape off and went and sat down again. I even gave him a generous tip and no "Thanks! Have a good day! Thanks for coming in." No "Sorry my texts were more important than you." No "Sorry I completely ignored you and left you sitting there like an idiot for 15 minutes." When I paid him and thanked him which I shouldnt have, I pretty much got back a grunt. I wanted out of there right away so I left and went home only to discover that he missed spots that I had to fix myself. I hope that nap and those texts were worth it to lose a customer.

Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Chris always gives me a sharp looking fade. Hell take his time with you to make sure you get how you want your hair to look. The Barbers provide great service to their customers. I like the fact you can make appointments. Discounted prices on Tuesdays and the Hair Cut Club is well worth it. You pay a one time $5 fee to join, and every 5 haircuts you pay for the sixth one is free. Got my first free hair cut today, thanks Chris! You all keep up the great work. I just moved to the area and stumbled upon this place as a walk-in. Chris, Jay, and Noelle (hope I spelled that correctly) are some of the friendliest people Ive met since I moved to Orange County. Chriss Cuttz has an amazingly friendly atmosphere, awesome conversation, and they (especially Jay) take the time to make sure there there is literally not a hair out of place before you get up out of the chair. I plan on coming in at least once per month as long as I live here.

Just got back from getting a cut there, I was very happy with how it came out and how Julio cut and styled it. Over all they are good guys that are great barbers with a clean shop that take there time to make sure its right and that everything was symmetrical so you walk out of there happy. Definitely going to go back.

This place is great!! Staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating. Even putting cartoons on for the kids. Couldnt ask for a better barbershop in the area. Definitely the best I been to. They have a lot to offer in the neighborhood of Chester. If you need a cut?....... GO SEE THESE GUYS!! Amazing!
