I purchased a new set of kitchen cabinets last year from your company, Gothic Cabinet Craft based on a referral from my friend’s friend. My friend, Inge Lowenstein and I came into your showroom near 86th street and were engaged by Tony Stakis. He showed us cabinet options and explained how we could customize new kitchens to our liking. Tony explained the process, showed us options and told us what to expect if we purchased kitchen cabinets from your company. We had shopped around previously but decided we wanted to have our cabinets created by Gothic Cabinet Craft because Tony made the experience seem easy and let us know that we would have high quality kitchens which were well priced. We both placed orders through Tony. When it was time to receive the cabinets and have them installed everything was as it was explained. The professionals who came to install were very neat and very professional. One individual’s name was Pablo. When one cabinet did not fit because of an uneven wall, Tony had arranged to have the door shaved a bit to accommodate my stove. I am in the service industry and recognize good service when I get it. I have referred other people to your company as I very much love my new kitchen.

Gothic furniture has graced every apt. I have ever had in NYC. Were talking decades! I have been in my present apt. 17 years and every, single piece of furniture is from Gothic! Just when I thought I could not fit one more piece in the place, I moved something over a little and found space for another bookshelf! It is timeless. Never dated. Easy to clean and maintain. Goes with everything. The last time you made a delivery, one of the men who delivered it said when he walked in my apt, "OMG! This is a Gothic Showroom!!!" He even recognized some discontinued items he hadnt seen in years. I think I found another space this weekend for one more bookshelf! You will be hearing from me soon!

Drove almost an hour to visit this store. Walked in to this store and were the only customers. Neither sales person even got up from their seats to help us or ask us what we were looking for. We had to ask where china cabinets were and then when we had questions about other models, it was like pulling teeth to get information. We own two pieces of Gothic furniture and have been happy with both. Based on todays experience, will probably not buy any more. Very disappointed. Now going to try Raymour and Flannigan and Bobs.
