We have been working with Don Joe autobody for about one year now. We are a large scale landscape design firm with fleet of various different size trucks and vehicles. As fleet manager , year I buy several vehicles for service and growth of our company. Each time I acquire a vehicle for our fleet we send them to don Joe first. They do all our painting and branding and might I say they do a fantastic job. From their professional service to their expert paint technicians to their responsive and polite clerical staff, everybody works in complete unison and we receive the absolute best product. I have dealt with many other body shops in the past but I have never had service and precision like this. They have become such a trusted household name within my company that even our employees are starting to use them for their personal vehicles. I have used Don Joe Auto Body twice. Both times impeccable service! First time was with the hail Aug 1, 2011. My Ford Explorer had extensive damage across the entire body. They had to take the roof off to fix the hundreds of dents, not to mention every panel, hood, etc. They perfectly put it all back, paint was done so well. All my coworkers came back with many complaints of rattles, warped items, bad paint jobs, dents they could still see. My car - PERFECT. This experience is why I chose them for my most recent item. They have Enterprise right in the shop, to help with rental needs too. I was quoted 5 business days, and sure enough, I got the call exactly on time. Once again, the side panel/bumper they fixed, is point on! (While going about 10 mph stopping, a guy decided to come out of his parking spot, not looking and hit my front.) I cant even tell. I will continue to use Don Joe for every auto body need.

Recently I was on my way to the Who Concert at Nassau Coliseum and was Driving in heavy traffic on the northern state Parkway suddenly a jeep plowed into the Back of my Audi A4 . My car was a 2008 And was until that moment in perfect condition. I searched for a body shop In my home town and found Don Joe Auto Body Works. It turned out they were Authorized by the insurance company Of the driver who rear ended me . I dropped The car off on a Monday they met with the Adjuster , repaired and painted my car and Got it back to me on Wednesday . They arranged for a loaner and got the deductible Paid by the insurance company of the other Car as it was their fault entirely. I was amazed at how quick and painless the Whole process was. Needless to say my Car came out flawless and they even detailed it for free! It looked like new. I would highly recommend them to anybody

Brought my car in for some body work and met with Chris, Jorge and Victor. From the beginning these managers were extremely welcoming and immediately asked if I was ok from the incident. All three took the time to go over any questions or concerns I had regarding the repairs of my vehicle and went over each thing in detail. They were patient, courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If in need of any body work I highly recommend coming here because the work is done efficiently and is second to none as far as body shops go. This place was great. My car was hit in a parking lot, and Don Joe Auto took the car in along with Geico for repairs. I asked if by some chance if I was able to get the car detailed while they had the car for repairs. They said sure. Few days later with the repairs being done and the car being detailed. It came out looking brand new. Nearly every little swirl and minor scratch gone. And the repairs to my car, you wouldnt even know it was there. Definitely coming back here for future car details and more.

I was very satisfied with the service received at Don Joe. It was quick and easy and they were very friendly. They also have an Enterprise on the grounds so I was easily able to rent a car once I dropped off mine for repair. I was also so pleased to see that they even cleaned my car!!! That made my day.
