Bad customer service!! I walked in today for a haircut 45 minutes before they closed. The first thing the owner asked was if i had an appointment. I said no and then he looked to a bearded barber and he consulted him regarding my haircut. With an attitude, he said no like he did not want to be bothered. To boot, the owner, who i believe is John, tells me that he is all booked up tomorrow (Sunday). I did not even ask him about Sunday. So in other words walk-ins are not welcome, and dont bother coming in tomorrow! Since I lived around the corner, it would have been convenient to come here. Must be getting so busy that customers are getting turned away, and rudely, at that. I will be getting my haircut at In The Cut in Fishkill instead - my son got an excellent haircut there (in addition to friendly service and no appointments necessary).

Always enjoy my experience at Limitless. Ive never been rushed through a cut, the barbers always make sure the end product is exactly what Im looking for, and the price is on par with any other place youll find. I like supporting local businesses and this is one of my favorites in Hopewell. A crew of young guys doing really good business. A++

Their prices are on par with all the other haircut shops and the end result is much better than any other shop in town. I can easily say Ive gotten my best haircuts from limitless.
